I've been using Pet Heaven's scheduled deliveries for a while now and have always received great service. On my last order the cat food seemed to have been exposed to water, as the pack was one solid block, just like a brick. I logged a "complaint" - there was no strange questions asked and they didn't try to hold me responsible. Within a few days the "damaged" parcel were collected and I received my replacement the next day. Happy cat tummy's at home :)

I've put "customer service" in quotation marks, as the word "service" is being used loosely. If I could give them a negative start rating I would have. Never, never have I struggled like this to get a faulty product replaced. I bought a Defy Microwave on the 30th of September and it is faulty. I've tried to get it replaced or fixed but with no avail. Makro Customer service and the PE branch is just ignoring me, making empty promises, but nothing is coming of these promises. It is not like they are doing me any favours, it is literally their job description to assist customers. But they are really bad at it. NEVER again will I buy anything from Makro.
