Not so Eezi Move... As people always say... you get what you pay for... Herewith my upsetting experience with Eezi move: We had a very disappointing experience with Eezi Move. During our move, several items were loaded onto the truck that were never supposed to be taken. When my domestic worker questioned the movers, their response was simply: “We load everything.” That approach caused significant problems for us. The items that were wrongly loaded included: • A double bed (base and mattress). This bed was even placed in a protective bag, while the bed that was actually supposed to be bagged was left uncovered. We had given this bed to our domestic worker to sell, which she can obviously no longer do. • A garden set (two plastic benches and a table). This item is not mine and we now have to send it back at our own expense. • A brown office chair that belongs to someone else , which we now have to send back at our own expense. Just to be clear, it was explicitly communicated with the company (more than once) that these items must not be loaded. These items take up a substantial amount of space. What made the situation worse was that we were immediately instructed by Eezi Move to pay for additional load space. According to them there was 58 extra items that was not on the list. (A list of these extra items was not sent to us, so we just have to pay and take their word for it.) We had to pay IMMEDIATELY, yet there was no compensation or accountability for items that should never have been moved in the first place. The principle here is what frustrates us most. It simply does not feel fair. We cannot “charge” Eezi Move for mistakes made on their side, yet we were expected to pay extra without discussion. This error also resulted in some of our actual belongings being left behind (which was later corrected, and for that we are grateful). However, the unnecessary items that were loaded would easily have fit into the space that should have been used for our correct belongings. After we emailed these concerns to the company, we were completely ignored. Overall, the experience lacked attention to detail, fairness, and professional accountability. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Eezi Move based on our experience.
I have had it with Matrix. I sold my bakkie in November 2024. Canceled my service on the 18th of March 2025 and received a confirmation om my cancelation via email, stating that my service will be cancelled on the 13th of April 2025. (I have the email as proof). This only happened after the 4th email I send to cancel my service. Debit order day came in May and....... surprise surprise.. the debit order went off again. Again I reversed the order, because THEY TOLD ME that my contracept was canceled with effect 13 April 2025 Then... this morning I received a call from them saying that I am in arrear with my account... i am still under contract... the lady said that they should have stated it in the email, but it looks like the have forgotten. What they did say though is that my contract is canceled from 13 April!!!!!!!!! I told the lady that THEY SAID the contract was canceled. Then she asked me for the reference number on the email, but guess what... the email didn't even contain one!! I started explaining my case to the lady and the SHE hung up the call. UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL of a company doing that....... Matrix don't worry about you or your vehicle, the just want your money STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Matrix will not have a foot to stand on and I will fight them with all I have! THEY said my service is CANCELED 13 April 2025... They made the mistake of not informing me I am under contract.... They cant go back on an official email now... sorry
TO ALL WHO WERE DONE WRONG TO! **Go and launch a Chargeback Dispute with your bank. If all of us stand together we can end this s c a m! I can't add to the other reviews, same thing happened to me. PLEASE LAUNCH A CHARGEBACK DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK.
**** ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you go through the payment of a R520 consultation fee, they basically fool around with you in the hopes that you will eventually forget about them and move on. 6 months later and I am still waiting for an appointment. My request for a refund was also ignored by them. May God forgive them for what they are doing to people. I would rather have no money in this world then pay a Land Cruiser with blood money.
