The one person that made shopping at the kfc in chris hani mall vosloorus bearable, was a waitress named Zama. She has great customer service and is very friendly. She deserves some serious recognition. I met her when i went to buy on the 27th October 2025 around 6 or 7pm. That lady knows why she is there and is doing an outstanding job. Thank you Zama, educate others about customer service please
The staff at lift airlines is amazing. They must keep up the awesome work. They are friendly and very sufficient in customer service provision skills. They are the best. I was traveling from Cape town to Johannesburg with my son for the first time ever, i mean first flight travel in history and lift airlines was my choice of flight and I don't regret it at all, if anything, i would go back to that flight running. The staff is amazing 😍 from the airport right to the flight. We enjoyed our flight, the air hosts and hostess made the flight experience exquisite. Even my son was calm and ecstatic about his first flight. I get excited all over again just thinking about it. It was the most amazing experience ever. It was in February in 2023, the 4:00pm flight if im not mistaken. That flight crew is the best
The sun 1 fores**** hotel has the best service ever. The receptionists are all friendly. The privacy is amazing and the hotel itself is a 5 star rating. Their service is incredible. The staff is very helpful, even the security guards are incredible. It is one of the best hotels I've been to. I was traveling with my sister and son in 2023 for the first time in Cape town as my sister was to enrol at the CPUT and our first time was an unforgettable experience. We really enjoyed and the hotel is even child friendly.y son was nine months when we travelled. It was an amazing experience
I would never recommend makro online to anyone, especially makro Germiston. I have not received my refund till today. From October 14, 2024. This month marks exactly 3 months. I was called yesterday, on December 16, 2024 and the gentleman saud he would call ne back today with feedback, but that's all they say honestly. They are not even apologetic because they sent me an email from a consultant by the name of Sibusiso who just wrote their normal automated apology and then had the never to ask me to rate MAKRO'S services. Imagine, the nerve. This is totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional. It undresses the incompetence in the staff. I want my money back. 3 months for R175 is too long. The cherry on top is that when i launch a query, they run to refer me to the braai stand that was already refunded hoping I'll let the issue go im sure. It's my money and now i demand it back. I've been very nice about this, but now it's too much. Give me my money back *****stars in suits hiding behind huge establishments!!!!!!! Pay me back! It's nothing to you but it's added value to my pocket
I had purchased 4 items online at Makro Germiston online on October 14 2024. The first item which was a braai stand was cancelled due to lack of stock and i received the refund in 24 hours of cancellation . Then the second item was delivered which was an airfryer. Two days later my other two items were cancelled, a Sunbeam cordless kettle and firelighters. I waited for the refund weeks went by with no feedback from Makro. I called i texted on whatsapp, all they keep telling me is that they escalating the matter. I spoke to Noluthando from their head office who called makro Germiston but the lady was rude to her. She then told her supervisor Zwelethu, who promised to get back to me the next day as Makro Germiston was not answering their phone. He still hasn't called me back with the feedback. I have all the calls i made to them on record and all their responses. Makro Germistons has highly *********** employees and i believe management should be changed because that's where the root of rotting lies. I once spoke to another lady whose name i have forgotten but have on my email, and to show how *********** and lazy the staff is, she had claimed that the refund is being processed by IT. What would IT be doing with a finance department matter? Today i texted to find out what is happening, they have not responded to me in any manner. I would never advise anyone to buy things from Makro Germiston online, or Makro online as a whole. The staff are highly *********** and refuse to do what they are paid for. To this day, since the 14th of October 2024, Makro Germiston has not paid me my refund, on top of that, they haven't even contacted me back, even after multiple reviews on hello peter. Clearly they are more *********** than i thought, they do not value their jobs and they don't care about their reputation nor the companies reputation. Makro has proven to only care about the client's money and not the client himself or herself. They are selfish and self centered arrogant people who live off *****ing customer's money but not giving the clients the items they paid paid for. They have disheartened me. Their actions are disgusting and so is their attitude. The whatsapp customer service providers are just as ***********. Makro is harbouring ******* in suits. They are using Makro as a front to cover up their ******** activities of taking customer's monies through online purchases and not giving them the items due to them. MAKRO ONLINE IS A **** AND HAS FALSE ADVERTISING because after paying for the items, they are all of a sudden out of stock.
I wrote a review about a week ago regarding my R175 refund at Makro Germiston but have not heard from them since. I called Makro head office and spoke to Noluthando who called the store (Makro Germiston) and a lady by them of Bongiwe or Sibongile responded and was very rude to her, that the lady even dropped the phone on Noluthando. She then ended up referring me to her supervisor Zwelethu who last gave me feedback on Thursday or Friday saying Makro Germiston is not answering their store phone. I have the entire call on recording by the way. Now i want to know, all this run around for R175 that is mine? Is Makro so petty that they cannot afford to refund a mere R175? And as for the head office, what's the point of having one if the staff is just the same as the store branches? Aren't head offices supposed to solve people's problems and deal with their *********** staff accordingly? Is this a headless chicken situation maybe. Makro i want my money stop ****ming people.
Until today, Makro Germiston has not refunded me and they are clearly not willing to. Each and every time that i contact them through whatsapp, direct call or email, they always sing the same sing: "we are escalating the matter". I am tired of their excuses. They are *******, they are *********** and fail decimally to do their jobs. They haven't even rep**** to any of my emails till today. They won't even acknowledge the email i sent them telling them that im taking them to the ombudsman . Makro stop being *******, the establishment holds a very high stature, don't destroy it. I wrote a review on makro Germiston online about three weeks ago and they called me to tell me that my case has been escalated to the IT department, i still don't understand what IT has to do with my refund but i let it slide. Then i got another call where they requested i send them my banking details so that they can process my refund, i did that, till today they keep escalating the matter to the "right department". This morning i sent them a message and this is the response i got "Firstly, I would like to apologize for the delay and such an inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, there's no feedback since the last escalation however, I have re escalated to the relevant department to assist further". It's almost a month now but I am not getting anywhere with them. Clearly they just want to eat my money and never refund me. Makro online is a **** and the staff has shown incompetence and lack of knowledge of their job description. They have zero customer service skills and they are ******. What excuse will i get this time? I want my money and i want it immediately because I didn't ask Makro to lend it to me, it is money i paid to them for items they later had no stock on. Stop being ******* and give me my money back!!!!!!!!
So this is the fourth time I'm writing on hello peter concerning liberty life. I am saddened and angry by their services. They have proved to be ********s in suits, working in fancy buildings. They are ****** and ****mers. So three days ago i received an email showing how much they paid out of the claims i had made and to my surprise, most of the amounts, if not all that reflected on their so called payment sheet did not at all meet the amounts i have received from them. Worse of all, it did not even reflect the amount i had claimed recently nor the bank account number i had used to claim the amount they paid out. That payment sheet showed a totally different account number that does not belong to any of my siblings, let alone myself. Clearly someone has been paying himself or herself with that money and forgot to erase the evidence. We have received much less than what my late father's policy was supposed to pay out. The cherry on top is that they claim to have paid huge lump sums of money to my account and even had the guts to send me the date, yet i received no such amounts from them. Liberty life is a company that is out to **** people and its so sad because everyone is falling into their trap for investment sake. Pay us back what my father worked for because he was our bread winner and trusted you with our future. Pay us back my father's money!!!!!!!!!
