BestMed policy is "DECLINE, DECLINE, DECLINE". ***EVEN DOCTORS SAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!*** BestMed have no interest in honoring claims against monthly premiums paid. They are only looking for healthy paying customers. Treat members as *****sters and will not approve anything irrespective of support documents supp****. Their call centers are a waste of time and their staff have very poor communications. It is almost as if they are trained to be rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Managers do not take calls and reference numbers for calls are pointless. You can quote reference numbers for prior calls and it will be pointless. They want email correspondence only as to avoid human contact.
If you thought that Mahindra and Mahindra SA customer care would be the route to go for assistance on your vehicle issue you must think again. Nicolene Steyn (Customer Care Executive) not only will respond to you with a script of pacifying words that mean nothing, but she will also so her best to avoid you and never return your calls. She has no authority or special customer care abilities. Her seniors are not better. Mahindra only seek to divert, delay, reject and negate responsibilities of their product.
If ever you want bad service go no further than Christal Perosino (Senior Advisor) from Mahindra Edenvale. Her customer care and demeanor is the worst we have seen. She does not stick to facts She has a bad memory. She twist the truth to suite her own narrative. Mahindra and their staff do not have your interest or vehicle safety in mind. Stay away from Mahindra. If anything goes wrong with your vehicle you will never get it resolved.
Went to Nando's - The Neighborhood due to loadshedding. Ordered the Sosatie for me and quarter chicken for my fiancé. The quarter chicken was so tiny and hardly a meal to eat! My sosatie was raw inside!! The chips were rock hard and quite frankly the whole meal was just gross! The prices are so high that you would expect some value for your money. I would rather eat a peanut butter sandwich for dinner than ever go there again! I might mention that the staff all scream at each other when they talk - no respect for the patrons. This is not a very big establishment. Very unpleasant environment. No restaurant etiquette there!
My brand new Mahindra XUV-300SE has gone into Limp mode 5 times and Mahindra SA cannot find the fault. Their customer care department do not really have customer care attitudes and as I write this my vehicle is at Mahindra Edenvale where once again I wait for their latest diagnosis. Mahindra SA have opened and closed so many cases on my car. I might mention that each case is closed before they even find out from me if all is in order. And why do they do that? They do it because the car is never in working order. Our lives remain in danger whenever we use this car and it falls on deaf ears. Shameful for a brand that claims to be "Africa's Safest Car"!
