Bunch of ****s
They bought my debt from STD Bank and are refusing to give me settlement offer. The agents keep telling me they have sent a request to the bank but it’s a lie because the bank sold to them. They keep on harassing me even if I pay. The agents says they are allowed to call me everyday just because I don’t have a DO arrangement with them. I once called them with my friend’s phone so now they call my friend for my account.

Handed over for someone else’s account
I am handed over to HC for an account that is not mine. I called both parties to clear this out and they both refused to assist. I am receiving SMS from HC daily and have now even received final demand SMS. My account is up to date, why am I liable for someone else’s account?

Statement request
My account was handed over to Smith Smith. I have been requesting statement and getting no joy. I was referred to any Nedbank branch only to be told they can’t assist me. Tired of being taken from pillar to post!!!

ADT wrongful legal action against me
ADT handed over my account to Nimble and I settled it in Oct 2021. Boom, out of the blue I receive the legal notice from LGR Attorney's that I am still owing them. Wasn't my account closed all this time? What is happening?
