These are the type of agencies that make people not want to rent! Absolutely disgusting. My sister in law gave notice to cancel her lease within the LEGAL stipulated 20 business day period. She has been given the run around. The agent states that the photos she took to advertise the place are poor and he must take photos yet he has failed to do so. Further to this the place has not been advertised yet. THEIR NONSENSICAL CONTRACT STATES THAT SHOULD THEY NOT FIND A NEW TENTANT THE THE CURRENT TENTANT IS LIABLE FOR RENT. But the agents don't do their job? My sister in law already paid the penalty fee to advertise the place yet the agent is not doing their job to advertise. You guys are squeezing rent from people, behind the notion of not finding tenants. I SUGGEST EVERYONE WHO RENTS AND HAS AN ISSUE THAT IS IN LINE WITH CPA LAWS TO TAKE THEM TO THE RENTAL HOUSING TRIBUNAL!!

Momentum policy cancellation
I have requested to cancel my Myriad policy with them and the process is absolutely ridiculous. When I took the policy I worked there and the email linked to it was my work one. I'm now being told that in order to cancel the policy I need to send the instruction from that email address? How when I no longer work there and therefore have no access to it? I have notified them of this and they still insist on it. If this is how they treat a former employee just imagine the process for normal clients.

Rain customer service sucks
Such horrible service. My fiance has been requesting that the debit order date for the wifi be changed and even after calls and emails they failed to do so. They are quick to take your money but slow to provide service. Wish I could give less than 1 star
