Flight from FRA to JHB LH572 Worst in-flight service ever and the food was old and rock hard. and when I said I can't eat eggs, there was NO effort to give me something even crackers. I had told the flight attendant that i can barely fit in my seat and she said some passengers did not arrive so she would reseat me, but she never did. lufthansa is by far the WORST airline to fly on and I will make sure I tell as many people across as many social media platforms.
I bought dryvors from food *****s fourways and as I bit down there was a bone fragment in the dryvors, which has caused me so much pain and suffering as it fractured my teeth. I am so shocked that we the public are being sold food with bones grinded up inside of it!!!! I demand something be done about my pain and suffering for Food *****s Fourways negligence and health risk that they have caused me.
THIS IS THE WORST ANIMAL DOG PARLAR THEY SHAVED MY TWO CHOW CHOW'S LIKE A FRENCH PUDDLE!!!!! THEY ARE MENT TO KNOW THAT CHOW CHOW'S NEED THEIR FUR TO KEEP WARM!!!!!! THEY EVEN CUT A PIECE OF MY MALE CHOW CHOW TESTICLE SKIN OFF!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOGS TO SUFFER
I ordered stationary from takealot.com on the 20th November 2023 which was delivered on the 1st December 2023. which I open opened the box in January 2024 as we were away for the holidays. Upon opening the box and going through the check list I noticed that some of the items ordered were not correct as the description was misleading, so I then logged a return for the four items. 1x A5 96-page Feint & Margin (pack of 10) 1x Smartbuy A5 Slip-on Plastic Book Covers (10pcs) 1x A4 Freedom Stationary-A4 32 Page 24mm Quad & Margin Book (Pack of 20) 1x Board- A4 160Gsm Pastel - Pack of 10 (White) X3 Takealot collected the items on the 12th January 2024 and since then it has been an absolute disaster and nightmare dealing with the return agency and warehouse. The items were returned to me separately on different days in January 2024, and I then logged a return AGAIN as I received them, as I do NOT want them as they are not what I ordered due to the description misleading me upon ordering. Finally Takealot accepted the return and refunded three of the items, however Takealot send the 1x A4 Freedom Stationary-A4 32 Page 24mm Quad & Margin Book (Pack of 20) back to me on the 24th February 2024 and said that it was from someone named Abigail, making me think it was a gift from and Abigail I know, and upon opening the box my mother and I saw the books and I IMMEDIATELY logged a return which was only collected by the driver without sealing the box on the 7 March 2024. I then received an email subject Takealot.com Return Request ( MRRN-85WVN-4AWK) from Tsakani.V with an image of the of the books on a metal surface all laid out, and informed that my return is declined due to specific criteria not being met in line with our Returns Policy, and am accused of returning the books out their plastic cover missing 1 book. I am absolutely APPALLED by this accusation as I returned it with only opening the box NOTHING else, I don't even want the books so how can Tsakani.V from Takealot accuse me for returning the 20 books back missing 1 book, and How can Tsakani.V send me a picture dated 20240312 of the books laid out on a metal surface somewhere in the world (5 days after collection), and tell me that I have not comp**** with the return policy, as for all I know the driver or someone at wherever this image was taken, they opened the plastic sleeve and took a book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT TOLLERATE TAKEALOTS ACCUSATIONS AND IGNORANCE ANY LONGER. This needs to stop NOW, I want my refund and for Takealot to send me a formal apology for falsely accusing me, when all I did was opened the box to see what is inside as you can't see any other way, and I then logged a return immediately, handing it back as is to the driver, what happened to it from that point is not my problem.
BY FAR the WORST experience and product to deal with in 2023. I purchased an 85"QLED 4K Samsung Smart TV and within a week it was faulty, having to report it Samsung sent out their assessor who acknowledged it was faulty, so the TV was replaced with another 85"QLED 4K Samsung Smart TV which now 6 months later it is faulty with the LED Reflectors packing up, which I was told by the Samsung assessor that came to assess this second tv in front of witnesses that this is a common issue with this exact model. I then tried several times to escalate this issue and was told by the Samsung case manager and Supervisor that I am out of my 6 month replacement warranty and that I am unable to exchange the faulty TV because I am in the 24 month inhouse warranty period now, which I was NOT made aware there was a different Warranty. I asked them to show me where it says I can't have my TV replaced or refunded if I am still in the warranty period. They said Samsung doesn't count the days from the second TV replacement, they only count the days from the first TV purchase which is inaccurate as it is two different model numbers. The Samsung Supervisor informed me that the warranty is an inhouse warranty, and that the warranty full policy can't be shared with the public, and that the policy stipulates I can't have my TV replaced or refunded. I then disagreed and demanded to see the warranty policy's "fine print" and they have continued to say the warranty full policy can't be shared with the public, which is against my rights to know what I have agreed to. The Dictionary Meaning of Warranty: "A written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time." I still want my TV replaced and it is my right to know and see for myself what the full warranty policy says that I agreed to on purchase from an authorized Samsung supplier.
