Urgent Cancellation and Refund Request – Policy No. 7405563 I am extremely disappointed with the poor service regarding my insurance policy cancellation. In January, I requested the cancellation of my policy and completed all the required cancellation documents. Despite this, deductions are still being made from my salary/payslip. I have been consistently making payments on my account for the past two years, and my contract officially concluded in August 2023. I reached out to cancel my contract, yet I am still being informed that there is an outstanding balance. Subsequently, my account has been referred to their legal team. Good day, Iam very much disappointed with tracker company. I found out that my tracking device is not working. I send them Email and they called me after my email regarding my device which is not functioning. They promised that i will be called my technician but i never received a call. Mind you my tracking device has not been functioning for 14 days. Today i went to their office in rustenburg and i was told to write email for me to be assisted. I want to cancel this contract and opt to NESTAR. I realized that this tracking company is useless and it's not willing to assist us. My SR number is SR7130045. Actually this company called tracker connect is a ****** **** and taking our money for nothing. Iam writing this email after tracker disappointed. I waited for them to fix my tracking devices which has not been functioning for the pays 14 days. Tracker has been saying they will allocate me a Technician but I haven't received any call from any technician. My car has been at risked for the past 14 days. So i request tracker company to cancel my contract. Since they failed to fix my device. I just installed my new tracking device in my car.
