Unfair and inappropriate
Yesterday I ordered Debonairs pizza using mrd food, inputting the address for where it should be delivered…but it was delivered on the wrong address.. we later spoke to the driver and the office, which was then cancelled…instead of refunding my whole amount, they decided to refund me 50%… claiming it was my fault for delivering to braamfontein instead of gosforth park

I thought rain was a no contract deal, but if it happens I don't pay at a particular month they charge you while the network is off that month, so they charge you even when they switched off their network..what's that? How do I pay for a service I did not use?

These vaccines has been giving our grandparents and loved ones unexplainable lethal sicknesses I lost two grannies in a space of two weeks this month and an aunt who all vaccinated around the same period of time and they all had the same symptoms

Terrible customer service, and customer delivery
I payed yesterday and they did not open, it says no internet connection meaning they haven't opened access to me....and I tried calling now they call hasn't been picked up for about 6 minutes, it keeps playing a never ending song, i called the second time and it was 8 minutes this time.....

Rain router network complaint
I recently bought rain not a long time ago, it was a first month free deal... firstly I did not get the latest router but the oldest one...and secondly it kept on switching off, saying no internet on the status bar after a few days, mind you I'm still on a first month free deal...it totally failed me
