I have never experienced a terrible service like this in my entire life. This was very inconvenience, horrible service. I think Spar needs to review/ re-look at this digital voucher because it really inconvenienced mylife. I bought this voucher 2 weeks ago for me to only use it today because of the uncer*****ies about it. Some Spar stores are mentioned on the Spar website as if they use this voucher but when I went there, none of them uses the voucher. In Mthatha none of the Spar stores are using this voucher. In Vangate Mall Spar, Cape Town Station Spar they know nothing about this voucher. Hence in one of the emails I was saying this is a ****. To be honest with you I wouldn't recommend this voucher to anyone. And I think it's very imperative for me to make people aware of this. What is on the Spar website about this digital voucher is not what I went through. Now I had to drive about 60 kilometers just to go to Khayellitsha Spar to redeem this voucher. It's either you make the services of this voucher convenient cstomers or you just stop it. I will never traumatise myself by using your vouchers again. I need to spread awareness about this so that people do not go through what I went through.
