SHOCKING SERVICE
Platinum Appliance Repairs repaired my TV at a cost of R1000. They used 2nd hand parts from damaged TV's and gave me a remote that is patched up with sellotape. The buttons at the bottom of the TV do not work and I cannot get them to come and rectify this problem. They pass the buck from one person to another and they do not give invoices so they are dodging SARS as well. They are fully aware of the fact that I am a pensioner and they were told that I could not really afford this. I dealt with Sam 0605085853 and Stephen 0785583138

UNPROFESSIONAL
I made an appointment with Brian from BW Tree Fellers and he was supposed to come and see me on Tuesday (Yesterday) and he did not turn up. My husband phoned his cell no. and a woman said she would contact him and ask him what happened and she would come back to me. She did not come back at all! Brian did not even have the courtesy of advising me that he would not be coming and I regard his whole attitude as very unprofessional.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
When service is bad I complain but by the same token, when service is good, I praise! Yesterday I made an enquiry from Afrihost and the service was outstanding. I think Afrihost is the only company in South Africa whose staff is well-trained, competent, polite and patient! Every time I contact them this applies as well and I can highly recommend them to anyone! Well done!
