I was handed over by The Glen High School whicg i owed an amount of R50000 and to date I have paid 3 times the amount. I contacted the school and they told me the account has been paid up but the law firm is still deducting from me. I contacted LPC to assist with my query, I didn't get any reasonable response if any. Both the school and the law firm are playing a ****** card. It has been an exhausting and tedious exercise because I don't seem to get any way forward and it's been years now, since 2010. They charge R500 interest every day, where in the world is that? I went to consumer ombudsman and they referred me to LPC which didn't help at all. I feel that the law firm is ******ing money from people and is very much a racial issue as well as I didn't get to put my query forward both at the school which they said it's paid up but I'm still paying from the other end.
It's almost 5 months now that I have requested to move my Investment from Old Mutual to another service provider due to their incompetence and poor service. To date Old Mutual has not signed off the transfer. It would be unfortunate if God forbid, there's a demise, my beneficiaries are going to find it difficult to get what is due. They don't respond to emails. I invested in them because I thought it is a reputable company but after a few complaints and the issue of a person who was paid R5000 that was on the news I decided to excuse myself from Old MUtual. My experience so far is extremely bad, I would consider using or recommending them to anyone.
The agents don't do research on hotels/guesthouses. When an individual recommends a hotel it means the person has been or know the place and they choose to take you to brothels, truck stops and if you are a woman safety comes first. Even when you suggest based on experience that still doesn't stop them from giving a shoddy deal. I have the baddest experience when it come to TWF, I have complained to the booking agent but it fell on deaf ears. Their service is EXTREMELY poor, I don't want to mention names but work on yourselves.
The company is exploring employees just like Babel. They struggle to get their salaries at the end of the month. They don't have a contract for employees and they don't adhere to the labour's rules. Employees work over 8 hours daily and weekends sometimes which is not the agreement. No overtime is paid in that instance.
I have a concern on the Nissan Magnite that I purchased in August 2023 and I reported to Nissan SA. In the 8 months that I had the car I've complained about the breaks 2 weeks into driving the car. I took the car back and they claimed to have cleaned the brakes. In the same breath the problem was still persisting. A month later it was noisy and I went back of which they replaced them. Now again the brakes are making noise. It's 8 months but this has been an issue. When I called the dealership they said something is wrong with Magnite brake pads as there has been complaints. I bought the car at Nissan Hatfield in Pretoria. I was surprised when I went to renew the license disks at Traffic Dept and they told me it's blocked due to the Nissan Magnite that hadn't gone through the Roadworthy test. This is my 5th car and I never bought a car and have to do Roadworthy test. On the 2nd May I took the car in for the same issue, brakes, they told me the disks are worn out. 8 months into me driving the car with the same issue reported thrice clearly I was given a shoddy deal. They knew the first time that the disks are worn out but chose to ignore and tell me they don't cover it on the warranty insurance. Nissan Hatfield knew of the underlying problem from the beginning. They sold the car with all this problems. I wrote to Nissan SA I'm still waiting for a response. They are ignoring me now, no one wants to take responsibility. A reputable company like Nissan could not resolve the issue raised instead they tell me it's not covered under the warranty whereas this was reported at the very first purchase period. Even with the issue about the Roadworthy test they've went quiet on me. I have never had to go for a Roadworthy test after leaving the dealership. It says to me the car did not go for Roadworthy test before sale. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with Nissan.
I'm an existing client with Iwyze, with a comprehensive cover for over 10 years. To my surprise I am told that they cannot include house contents because I was once under debt review. How then do I pay for cover for cars but not be able to cover house contents? What is different when I include household contents because I'm already paying for the cars?
Clientele Life trains people to sell their product and do not offer them stipend or salary, but they are expected to travel to far flung areas. How so they travel without money because they were never employed and are expected to perform a miracle. That is exploitation for black people. You are making a lot of money but you hardly compensate the youth that you see all over malls and taxi ranks. What do they eat for lunch? That's totally unfair labour practice because even the areas they work at are not conducive.
