Pathetic PnP ASAP SERVICE!!! 2 hours for delivery!!😡
The Pick n Pay ASAP app is just useless. This is the 2nd time I’m having the same issue. Firstly whenever I place an order it goes to a Pick n Pay that’s very very far from me while there is one close by that does take online orders. Secondly I placed an order at 17:55, it’s now 19:55, 2 full hours and it’s still showing that they wrapping up my order. I called the customer service and was advised that the driver that shows on their side that collected my order does not have my order.. what is that?? Then the app continues to show that my order will be delivered between “20:00-20:30” while the agent already told me that the store closed at 7pm… what’s really going on with Pick n Pay service😡 this is literally the last time using this app. The service is pathetic!!!

Bad Service!!!
The service we get from your WhatsApp line is really ridiculous. The agent does not introduce themselves, the one who was assisting me was rude and typed with capital letters which shows that he/she was shouting and it’s very rude. When I asked who I’m chatting to the agent closed the chat… is this the kind of service you give to your customers cause I know what customer service is and this is definitely not it at all…

WORST SERVICE!!!
The WORST service at Busy Corner mall. The lady who was assisting had an attitude and does not know what customer service is at all. I bought pizza pies and she just gave them to me like that in the white packets with no brown bag for proper packaging… when I asked for it she just threw the brown bag at me😡😡😡😡 the manager was sitting there and said nothing!

BAD SERVICE AT CLINIC!!!!
I can not believe that after so many bad reviews there is still not service being delivered. Sandown Clinic is the worst place to go to. The service is disgusting the ladies at the reception are rude and very disrespectful. I greeted one of the ladies and as I was about to ask for assistance she looked at me and walked away. There is no sense of urgency in this place. They don’t care. The is only one lady who assist with taking blood who is very kind and caring. The rest is just nonsense😡😡

Pick n Pay asap is terrible!!!
Pick n Pay asap, Busy corner mall is the worst. I placed and order at 9:46 am it’s now 12:05pm and I still have not received my order. The delivery time just keeps changing. Over 2 HOURS!!! 😡 worst service ever.
