I placed an order via Uber Eats on the 19 November 2025, I than cancelled the order before it was even delivered. I was not charged for it, on the 22 January 2026 I was later charged for it. Now when I query it they tell me its past the refund time, how is that possible when I was charged almost 2 months later. I want my refund today or else there will be more than just this. I send an email and apparently this mailbox does not receive emails.
I came to have lunch at Ocean Basket the Glen Shopping Mall. I ordered a platter for 2, which is not even for a platter for 2. I asked for grilled items and the squid heads were still purple the chips were the most in that platter. The food was horrible, I asked for the manager and his name is MELI HE IS NOT FIT TO BE A MANAGER AND DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS, HE IS ARROGANT AND HAS THE DAMN AUDICTY TO TELL ME IS THIS MY FIRST TIME HERE LIKE WHAT THE HELL. THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO THIS IS HOW THE FOOD IS.
I have a 2021 reno Duster, when i took my car in for 45000km service at renault the glen my car had a knocking sound. They said they reset the gearbox and the noise was gone. After a few weeks the noise came back worst. I took my car to renault the glen and they booked my car in on the 25th of March. They mentioned it's injectors and SA RENO needs a fuel sample before they can fix as my car is under warranty. However the turn around times is ridiculous as they are not providing a courtesy car. Renault the glen doesnt have and SA reno said only after the claim is authorized and only after 7days will they give. so i need to be without car for weeks because of this poor service. I am a customer of renault for years. I am very disappointed in the service and i will never buy a car from renault again and i will share this extremely poor service with others. When i get through to renault the glen they say nothing they can do. No effort what so ever. Renault SA hope you take this serious please. I need my car fixed urgently or provide me with a courtesy car. Agent at renault is Gladness and i spoke to Mbali at renault SA. My car is with the dealership since Monday and no positive news. i pay over R8200 for my car. i don't think this is very fair. Also to add my car was booked in on Monday only on thursday did the glen send the sample
An employee of yours, who is a friend has been working for you for a few months. His not receiving his pay for a while now and he has responsibilities and bills to pay. This is not fair towards him and others. Please can you advise urgently please as to when they will get paid. This is very unprofessional and very disturbing. Do you not care about your about your employees that you don't care if they even have food to eat, as long as they arrive at work and do what you supposed to be paying them for. I sure do hope you sleep well knowing you have wronged your employees. I will not recommend anyone to use this company for any services, they ill treat and unfairly treat their employees. I am disgusted by this!!!!!
In the beginning they made me feel feel great and service was top notch. Now that I am experiencing issues where the complex they got me to rent they did not share that this complex is in debt I am without water and soon will be electricity. They are quick to take my money every month but Jack **** about what is happening I must constantly follow up with them and get no damn response. They tell me they will speak to me on Monday because they at their year end function ***!!!!! Don't trust these people
