I have 4 JVC smart TV's. As of from 01 August 2024, we are no longer able to enjoy Netflix and Prime. The buttons on the remote is of no use. The reason Netflix gave us was that JVC have not paid for the Netflix licenses. We bought the smart TV's for the reason that we are able to watch Netflix and Prime. Now what do we do??????
SANI CAR RENTAL RANDBURG I have hired a car for a for days. On return the polo was 3 over 8 of fuel. They have charged me for a full tank. They refuse to give the deposit back. Reception on date of receiving the vehicle, reception obtained a manual authorization number. When I enquired with Nedbank today, they require an FND manual authorization number for the reversal. I wasted airtime and they do not get back. I requested a copy of the Polo's car tank capacity, still waiting. This issue is not resolved. I wasted my airtime which SANI will not reimburse
Today 27 November 2023 around 09h00, the cleaning lady walked into my room. She did not even knock. Review CCTV footage. The DO NOT DiSTURB sign was on the door. I had no clothing on as I was getting ready to take a shower. Bookout is @ 11h00 and she said that the room is on the list for book out that is why she came in. I slipped into something and went immediately to reception with no shoes. The hotel can view the CCTV FOOTAGE. Guest around me was disgusted of what happened to me. The Manager said she is sorry and will look into the issue. SORRY WILL NOT HELP. MY PRIVACY AS A WOMAN WAS INVADED. I am still in recovery and have operation scars on my body. I am still on crutches. This was a traumatizing experience for me. Stayed in room148. Waited for my husband before I showered. With me being nervous I even damaged my cell phone as I am not very stable on my legs when trying to phone my husband ... When we checked out, reception advised me that the Manager wants to see me. I waited for a while. We decided to leave because we could not wait. My husband informed Reception. Reception said they will phone me. 11h25 still waiting. Reported it at Guest relations around 12h00. The staff made mention that I am on crutches and cannot back. They told me to have a seat and wait. They made a few calls. They understand the sensitivity and trying to help me. Kajal from customer services also tried to help me. Jack spoke to me over the phone around 12h10 on the guest relations phone. He apologised over the phone. That does not help on damage done emotionally on me. My tears and dignity mean absolutely nothing to Monte. Guest relations are the only ones who tried to help. After the call with Jack, I have a good mind to sue Hotel Perte. Jacks right name is Jacques. He came to me. I was surprised because he was there at the hotel and he seen me waiting and crying, but the staff said they waiting for him. I confronted him. He showed NO empathy. A spa voucher and a new phone will not restore my dignity. I spend thousands of rands, I can afford my own SPA day and another phone. This was yet another blow. Still waiting for the general manager. I have reached out to the general manager via whatsapp, but to my surprise yet again, have received no feedback. 27 November 2023 (18h48) - I will keep updating this post until the issue is resolved. People as well as staff members seen me in a terrible state. They even said that I should not let this go. Monte should be held accountable for the incident, how I was treated and the way it was handled. A short relaxing stayaway landed up being nightmare. 28 November 2023 - Arrived at Hotel Perta at 11h20. Will sit and work in the lobby until the issue is resolved. Reception said that he will notify his Manager that I am here. I have requested that he wait for my husband. Jullian the General Manager was unable to assist. I have requested free play together with a formal apology. Be careful... Visitors are not safe here. I might not be around... But a violation of privacy is taken very lightly.
