I had a credit card account to payoff with them, which I paid every month. Last week I have settled the account, and now I am struggling to get my paid up letter from then, and to update my credit profile. I have phoned everyday,send emails, with NO response at all.
Very bad service, poor communication and a lack of customer service.
Extremely poor service! They phoned me in January about a R200 outstanding account, which I paid. I've send the proof of payment over and over on email to them,I've send it on WhatsApp as well, and they still keeps on calling me. Seems the person handling their accounts don't have any experience whatsoever. If you ask them to speak to their manager, they say he will be in after 2🤷♀️ I wonder how legit this company is.
Very very poor service, they don't respond to message, if you phone them they are rude. Been waiting for more than 40 days to get my clearance certificate. I won't recommend them to anyone.
