Poor service from Makro!!!
So I ordered Christmas presents online, a 2ft banner arrived at me as 8 paper plates?? The other 2 items I got was not what I ordered at all!! Their description online is not what you get at delivery, after having a conversation of 30 mins with one of the consultants, it's still not resolved!! 9 days before Christmas!! This is pathetic, I would never buy from Makro again!!!

Fastway Couriers the WORST!!!!!!
I had the most terrible service from Fastway Courier Bloemfontein Depot!!! After my parcel was at their depot since the 1st of December, I tried calling and emailing them from the 4th, Rene and Kayleesha keep making promises that it will be delivered the next day, today is the 13th & still no delivery! It's really unacceptable, I've phoned the head office as well & I keep getting the same response, it will be delivered tomorrow. So please do not use Fastway Courier services ever if you really want your items that you ordered!!!!
