What a disgrace. My Temu order shipped with GFS Express was already late, then they had the audacity to mark it as “delivered” when I received NOTHING. No contact, no proof, no photo, just lies. I logged a fault with Temu customer service, and GFS marked my order as delivered when its not. They didnt even bother to contact me. They promised me proof (never sent) and now ignore or cut my calls. And Temu’s “compensation”? A pathetic R40 rand for an order I NEVER got. Absolutely insulting. This is *****, not bad service. GFS Express is flagged everywhere with bad reviews even on Truecaller for a reason. Temu should be ashamed to use a courier this dishonest. If i were you I'd think twice before ever ordering again with GFS as a courier
Uber Eats has been an absolute nightmare. My recent experiences have been nothing short of infuriating. Drivers are consistently *****ing food and falsely claiming non-delivery, leaving me with empty stomachs and no resolution in sight. The markups on food are exorbitant, making it ridiculously expensive to order anything. On top of this, the service has been appallingly rude and unhelpful. Customer support is a joke, offering no assistance or compensation for these repeated issues. It’s outrageous how a company can operate with such blatant disregard for their customers. Avoid Uber Eats at all costs!
I am utterly disappointed and feel deceived by Nintendo SA (Core Group) over my recent experience with the purchase of a Pokémon 151 Elite Trainer Box (ETB). Initially, I was quoted a price of R877 for the product. However, to my shock and dismay, I was charged a staggering R1200 each at checkout.This discrepancy in pricing is not just a minor oversight but a glaring example of deceptive business practices. It's clear that Nintendo SA (Core Group) does not label their floor items with prices, a tactic that allows them to arbitrarily quote prices at the register. This kind of ********* behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.The service was abysmal throughout my interaction with their staff. When questioned about the price difference, they casually dismissed my concerns, referring vaguely to their 'system' without providing any concrete explanation or justification for the inflated charge.It is evident that Nintendo SA (Core Group) is more interested in profiteering at the expense of honest customers rather than providing a fair and transparent shopping experience. I strongly urge potential buyers to be wary of their dubious pricing tactics and poor customer service. Such a ********** experience completely undermines the trust and integrity we expect from a reputed brand like Nintendo.
