Do yourself a favour and stay away from the Nintendo online store. They use SkyNet as their courier service and SkyNet does not deliver. I have been waiting for 3 days for my purchase. Rather purchase any Nintendo item that you want in a physical store

I am utterly disappointed and feel deceived by Nintendo SA (Core Group) over my recent experience with the purchase of a Pokémon 151 Elite Trainer Box (ETB). Initially, I was quoted a price of R877 for the product. However, to my shock and dismay, I was charged a staggering R1200 each at checkout.This discrepancy in pricing is not just a minor oversight but a glaring example of deceptive business practices. It's clear that Nintendo SA (Core Group) does not label their floor items with prices, a tactic that allows them to arbitrarily quote prices at the register. This kind of ********* behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.The service was abysmal throughout my interaction with their staff. When questioned about the price difference, they casually dismissed my concerns, referring vaguely to their 'system' without providing any concrete explanation or justification for the inflated charge.It is evident that Nintendo SA (Core Group) is more interested in profiteering at the expense of honest customers rather than providing a fair and transparent shopping experience. I strongly urge potential buyers to be wary of their dubious pricing tactics and poor customer service. Such a ********** experience completely undermines the trust and integrity we expect from a reputed brand like Nintendo.

This is the third time that one of my launch day items has not arrived on time. I enjoy your products, but your delivery company is absolutely terrible. I often receive my packages days or weeks later than intended. Does a reputable company such as Nintendo really want to associate themselves with poor service delivery from Skynet? Come on do better guys. The last time i had to drive to Skynet to fetch my package which is approximately 25km away from me. Today yet again i did not receive my launch day package on time.

I ordered products from the store.nintendo.co.za website (Pokemon Cards). Accordingly to the website "what is in the Box" it states that I will receive "over 190 cards" on the one product and on the other it states that I will receive "216 game cards". Thus, I ordered it as a birthday gift, when the products arrived there was only 3x packs of 10x cards in each. There is absolute misguidance on the store and Misleading adverti*****t. I expected to receive what I ordered as it shows on the website.

Nintendo distributors was the worst service I have every received. After receiving a Nintendo console that was not sealed with plastic or a sealing sticker, I wanted to return it as it was no longer a product I wanted nor was it in the condition I expected it to be. After weeks and weeks of them procrastinating with my request to return they wanted to charge me a handling fee of R1699 to re-package the box. Although this is stipulated in their policy, I did not receive the product in any such packaging condition yet they demanded I pay that amount to re-package a product that was not packaged in the first place. Absolutely a trap if you are wanting to return the product. I was very upset with the way this was handled. I now have to sell the product as I will get more for it by selling it rather than returning it to the Nintendo Distributors. Do not buy from them, it's not worth it!

Applied for the Nintendo switch on a Vodacom contract, received forms to fill in etc. and sent it all back. Received an email that there is a copayment of R6480.00. Please explain this logic to me??? A brand-new switch on Takealot is R6999. 00.. This is the biggest waste of time!

My delivery was meant to be delivered today. Skynet has been calling me today several times to confirm my address. I have been home the entire day. Their last call was confirm no delivery will take place today Friday and I must wait till Monday. This a gift meant for tomorrow Saturday. If I do not get my order today Friday, I want a full refund into my bank account. Both you and skynet have both not bothered to response to any of attempts to contact you.
