Either someone at Nintendo Distributor SA is trying very hard to scam a person or they are a complete joke! Applied for the Nintendo switch on a Vodacom contract, received forms to fill in etc. and sent it all back. Received an email that there is a copayment of R6480.00. Please explain this logic to me??? A brand-new switch on Takealot is R6999. 00.. This is the biggest waste of time!

<p>I went to romans pizza in northmead 21/12/2016 at 09:20pm. When we got there the door was open so my boyfriend went in to order and was told they are closed even though the site on the internet says they close at 10:00pm. I then phoned the store to place an order and was told that they are already closed. I was then transferred to the store manager who told me the same thing. According to me this is completely pathetic customer service! When I told the manager that she came off very rude and told me that their head office needs to still update the times in the site, even though it's been like that for quite a while, she also told me the staff was cleaning And that's why the door was still open. I then told her that I would be reporting the incident and was told that it's fine I must do that! I would like to know what is going to be done about this?!</p>
Since we have started gymming our Debit order has been going off early every month - with this we end up paying bank fees and gym fees for the debit order not being successful (which is not my fault, I signed a contract saying to debit my account on the first of every month) I get a debit order coming off my account twice every month (on the 28th and again on the 1st) and it's always 2 different amounts.<br> When we try and solve the problem at the gym we get shoved from person to person and get told a different story every time,<br> No one is ever here to help when it's their job to sort it out - it's always someone else's problem to sort out.<br> We get told that someone will contact us but no one ever does.<br> Everyone seems to just sit around not doing their jobs but wanting to get paid for it<br> <br> I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed at the levels of customer service that we have received at planet fitness lake field in the last while. The level of customer service skills at this branch is absolutely outrageous! When you try sort out the issue and lose it a little bit the manager of the reception starts shouting back, which is not acceptable no matter how the customer carries on..
