For the last 2 months Home-connect has been threatening to suspend my fibre line. My account has never been arrears, all my payments have been successfully. I have never been late with a payment. Then after sending me threatening SMS's they say my account is in order and I must ignore any SMS's that regarding suspension. Then less than 2 hours later after receiving the latter, home-connect send me another threatening SMS telling me my finger line will be suspended. I send their accounts team an email telling them to sort their admin out or else I will be cancelling my account. The Home-connext team then immediately sends me an email to cancel my fibre line. Poor and pathetic service from the Home-Connect Team
On 11 May 2022, I called 1st For Women and cancelled my car insurance as I no longer have a car. 1st For Women are still debiting my account after I cancelled the insurance. They've taken my money 1 June 2022, I July 2022 and when I look on my profile the car insurance is still active and the next premium deduction is scheduled for the 1 Aug 2022. This policy was cancelled on the 11 May 2022, but 1st For Women is still charging. I need to be reimbursed for all the money they have taken off my account from all dates since I cancelled the car insurance. This is very ridiculous and terrible service. I have no car, but im being charged for car insurance that I cancelled directly with 1st For Women. I need to be refunded immediately. The spoke this person from First For Woman Lethabo Mosiya on 11 May 2022 when I cancelled my policy.
My delivery was meant to be delivered today. Skynet has been calling me today several times to confirm my address. I have been home the entire day. Their last call was confirm no delivery will take place today Friday and I must wait till Monday. This a gift meant for tomorrow Saturday. If I do not get my order today Friday, I want a full refund into my bank account. Both you and skynet have both not bothered to response to any of attempts to contact you.
Good day, The entire day today Skynet has been calling me to confirm my address for delivery today. Now they tell me it's only deliverable on Monday, if I don't get my order today, I want a refund and you keep the parcel. This is terrible service, this is a gift for Saturday.
Inhave settled my Edgar's account over a week ago. And I'm still waiting for my confirmation letter from Edgar's RCS that my account has been closed.
I just got billed R1010 for a service which has been officially cancelled as at the end of October 2021. I have returned the router within time and received confirmation via email from webafrica that they have received it and all is in order. I receive no responses from webafrica and their only means of communication is via whatsapp where the majority of the consultants are Incompetent Vumatel why are you still partnering with Webafrica.

I have always had great service from FNB until now. I have paid up my credit card as per the settlement letter FNB provided on 21 Oct 2021 on the 23rd Oct 2021. I contacted FNB via FNB secure chat a consultant has logged a call for my request to cancel my credit card. I was advised FNB would contact me to cancel my card, to date I have received no further communication from FNB. Please cancel my credit card ASAP, before you start charging any further fees.
Webafrica is the ****test company with the ****test service!!! I'm so glad I've cancelled. From never having been connected to **** service and never being able to used the fibre....**** service from beginning to end. From the router being incorrectly twice to the incorrect address. Unhelpful consultants that don't know what they doing. Being charged an exorbitant amount for never being connected to the fibre. Webafrica Sucks!!! Vumatel I was with for many years previously now that I've tried to get your service but through Webafrica not once getting any good service or access to the fibre, I have left Vumatel due to Webafrica.
