This is the third time that one of my launch day items has not arrived on time. I enjoy your products, but your delivery company is absolutely terrible. I often receive my packages days or weeks later than intended. Does a reputable company such as Nintendo really want to associate themselves with poor service delivery from Skynet? Come on do better guys. The last time i had to drive to Skynet to fetch my package which is approximately 25km away from me. Today yet again i did not receive my launch day package on time.
This company has the worst delivery team. I have on 3 consecutive occasions not received my launch packages on time. They always indicate its out for delivery but never pitch up to actually make the delivery. I often end up going to them to fetch my packages at my expense. What a terrible service.
I signed up with cool ideas and they stipulate that the can only provide you with a connection once the fibre supplier has confirmed that the line is active. I have recieved feedback from the fibre supplier confirming the line is active. I even received a courtesy call from the supplier to assure me the line is active and that the isp (cool ideas) will be in contact soon. Cool Ideas on the other hand won't respond to any of my queries on the ticket. I have made nuemerous attempts to confirm when my connection can be made available considering the fibre supplier had confirmed the line was active. Zero response. I so regret signing up with them and I am currently hoping I can cancel this contract early on so that I can move on from this nightmare.
I've been trying to cancel my rain service for 2 months now. I've logged my first cancellation. Expecting my account to be cancelled only to find out it was not and I was billed for another month. I log a second cancellation and find out that I have to talk to an operator to confirm my cancellation (why this doesn't make any sense). Further to this I chat to an operator who cancels informs me she can only schedule a cancellation and I would need to chat to another operator for which I need to request an immediate cancellation. I confirm with them that my cell reception at work is non existent so it would be difficult for them to reach me whereby I requested a number to contact them. There was no available number I could contact to get an immediate cancellation. I'm now stuck in limbo going to be charge for a service I do not use for a third month in a row. I have on multiple times replied on my tickets without response. Rain get your act together and cancel my contract. I want a refund for the additional months I was charged past my original cancellation request.
Ordered food from M&G cresent umhlanga, driver picked up food and then delivery time stayed stagnent @ 9 minutes and after about 10 minutes the delivery time changed to 10minutes remaining. tried contacting the driver, but he didn't respond to my messages. really terrible service.
I ordered 2 coffees and 2 ****ins from M&B Cresent Umhlanage. The order was supposed to be delivered in 40-50 minutes but actually took close to 2 hours to get delivered. I tried calling the store to speak to the manager, however this went to voice mail and Rob (the manager) requested we the customer dont leave messages but instead keep trying him (in the hopes we will reach him). Poor show Mugg and Bean.

So i logged 2 requests on the online system to query my PSD charges and i have recieved no response. I am being billed for PSD charges when i dont even exceed my data limits.

I would really appreciate a speedy response regarding this billing.

I have an ADSL connection with telkom and i have been have slow connectivity speeds since November 2014.

I logged 4 calls to try and get this resolved and each time a technician comes out says he will monitor it and give me feedback, but instead closes the call out a few hours later.

This has to be the worst service i've ever recieved and i am still no closer to a solution than i was 4 months ago.
