Thanks so much for the team at Fangio Auto Service. We were in need of a major repairs for our vehicle (Peugeot 207) that was in excess of R20k. The service and communication from Jorge was always open and we knew exactly what was happening with daily updates. A two-week job was done in three days and our car runs ever so smooth. Very happy customer and will highly recommend their service.
I bought an iPhone 12 from weFix through the BobShop mobile platform (formerly bidorbuy.co.za). I received payment confirmation from Bobshop, but haven't received confirmation from weFix. I contacted Megan Quy (megan@wefix.co.za) regarding my order, and within 20 minutes she responded. She informed me that she looked into the matter and due to a technical issue, my order had not been processed through their system even though the payment was confirmed by Bobshop. Moreover, the device I had purchased was unfortunately no longer available. To rectify the situation, she graciously offered to upgrade my purchase to an iPhone 13 at no additional cost. This model was valued at R2500 more than the iPhone 12 that was originally ordered. I accepted the offer and received the device two days later via Courier Guy. I have been using the device for over a week now, and I must say I'm very happy with the purchase. Battery health is outstanding and the newest iOS runs smoothly. No screen issues and the charging port and MagSafe also work 100%. Out of my experience, I can definitely recommend buying a device from them. Communication and customer care from Megan were outstanding.
