Lets start with the fact that I won a voucher during a quiz night in November and in January I had to ask to receive it, while being accused of lying. Finally receive my voucher and book a table for Valentines night. Confirmed the booking on 13 Feb for 18h00 and when we arrived I was informed that even though I booked and confirmed we do not have a table because they are very busy. After telling them it is unacceptable we got a table after 10min. 15min later we gave an order for 2 milkshakes, calamari and nachos. 50min later the food arrives cold and no milkshake...saying that we should just wait because the restaurant only has one blender. We had no cutlery and when trying to request the waiter we were ignored. My partner then proceeded to walk to the bar counter requesting that we need takeaway boxes as we decided that we would rather go through a drive through at the same mall. We received the boxed and the manager came over and said we should understand they are busy as we can see and that instead of a coffee shake and chocolate shake they made us oreo shakes. We decided to walk out. Went through McDonald's drive through and within 15min we had warm food and 2 milkshakes... No wonder the branch in Parkview in Pretoria east closed within a year after opening.
Not only did their buffet price go up by R25 but the quality of the food is atrocious Undercooked pork, over cooked chicken, not enough food and the worst tasting cakes, tarts and mousse ever...
Stay as far as humanly possible away from these *********** people My modem needed restant, and I types in what the tech told me over the phone, I sent a screenshot on Whatsaap while talking to her and she confirmed it's correct. Obviously it wasn't, j had to spend over R900 to be able to function for 3 days only to be phoned 4 days later and given the correct information. Now they refuse to reimburse me for the R900 I had to spend because of their *********** si called service. I have spoke to so many of their staff and even a woman who calls herself a manager, they think calculating a prorata amount from my monthly premium the 3/30 days and paying me that is compensation enough! The absolute arrogance and disrespect clients has to ensure is redicules Stay away from these people.
I can not even begin to understand how a big company like this allows this type of service. And it's not the shop, it's horrifying work ethic and service that is received by the HEAD OFFICE ! There was ***** commited on my contract the day it was taken out. I as the customer didn't know, now as I want to upgrade after 2 years are the one suffering. The poor branch manager is doing everything she can but head office is just giving her the finger. Why do I have to suffer if YOUR staff member committed ***** just to be able to receive commission? From my side MTN received ALL MANDATORY DOCUMENTS on the day the contract was taken out. But there was *****ulent employer listed on my contract just to push it through. Why does is take MTN MORE THAN 4 WEEKS TO FIX THIS ? And now I provided my recent payslip from my new employer but APPARENTLY that also needs to go through some white list process. My contract is on a debit order so it's ALWAYS up to date. But head office has the nerve to tell the branch manager of the shop that if my account was paid up to date it would go faster ! The level of incompetence renders me speechless... Fix your **** and stop your I don't give a **** attitude. This is the reason MTN is constantly in the news for financial issues! I am a loyal customer since 2001 and this is the level of service I receive! If this doesn't get resolved I will report to social media and take it as far as Carte Blanch. Your employees commit ***** and your clients suffer the consequences!
What a wonderful stylish hotel... Staff is excellent and no food of top quality. Definitely recommended
I started my application in the last days of October. Requested that everything should be in place and in working order by 29November. Only to receive my router 2December and don't think for a second you will get assistance to activate your account or even talk to someone over a weekend. No, if it's ot Monday from 8 am to Friday 16h00 you will have ZERO help. Hate this you guys... Wish I went with a different company
