Excellent customer service
I have been a customer for Superbalist for more than 4 years now and have never received bad customer service from them. The delivery always on time with correct items. Just giving credit where it is due

Lid bursted while cooking
I bought pots from A. C. E Group and last year. I only used the pots this year after moving into a new house. I am very disappointed with the quality of pots. The lid of one pot bursted and broke while I was cooking. I only use low heat with this pots but still the lid broke. Lebo

Bad Customer experience
I very disappointed with the furniture I bought and customer service experienced from Cielo. I bought furniture last year, I only opened the boxes this year after moving into a new house. The three quarter bed that I purchased did not have the 4 lags and It was no included in the box. I contacted Cielo and they asked why I am only reporting this now and have not assisted me. I was not expecting this from Cielo, I am disappointed and frustrated.
