SKYNET BETHLEHEM. Been waiting for a delivery since 31 January 2025 a mere 170km from my home. Get a email to say delivery failed. Interesting the delivery adress ( a Shop) is open the WHOLE day and nobody contact me to make a delivery after hours.

Waiting 7 days for parcel delivery since notification showing OUT FOR DELIVERY a mere 170km from my home. It seem that the driver is driving all the way from china to here.

Been waiting more than a week for a packacke to be delivered a mere 180 km from me. When phoning them the johannesburg branch simply dont answer their phones and the durban branch say please hold fot half an hour and then cut the line. Very bad service

Bad service delivery
Very bad experience from vox from applying till now still trying to sort problems. They keep asking documents, send it about 10 times....and they ask it AGAIN! NO RESPONS from there account department nor from there managers......My advice DO NOT use vox very bad service delivery! I will cancel the moment i can......
