Sputnik Ratau, spokesperson for the department of water and sanitation, how did the people of Taung in Matlapaneng ended up not having water for three weeks, What happened to Taung Bulk Water Supply? How is it normal that it's ohk for human beings to live with no water for that long? Department of water and sanitation, Matlapaneng community in Taung need your intervention in this matter. Our lives has literally stopped due to this.
I went to Relay jeans Mall of Tembisa branch 025074 on the 4th of January 2024 to refund an item that I bought on the 24th of December 2023.I found 2 ladies at the till, they told me that they don't have cash and nothing else, I stood there for a few minutes and they just continued with whatever they were busy with. I asked if they gonna assist me, other lady said but we just told u that we don't have cash, I said so that's it, u dont have other options for me, they said no. I asked if they can't return money back to my debit card they said no. It's not possible but maybe if I try Markham but it will depend on the kind of product I bought or I should come during weekend, I said ohk and I left. I went back to the same store again today the 7th of Jan and I was assisted by Sthembiso who assisted me on the 24 of December, I told him that I was not sure with the size and he said I can always come and return the item. Now it was a problem again, just like the two ladies on the 4th,Sthembiso forced me into exchanging I told him that I want a refund, and again I was told that they don't have R400 for my refund, ohk cool I get that. I asked if he can't return money back to my bank card he said no, and I asked is there are other options, he said no. I argued with him that it is not possible and I told him that I feel that they don't wanna help me as a customer or is it because I want a refund I told him to put money back to my bank account then, he looked at the receipt and said well if you used a debit card i would but now u used a credit card, and I said how do u know that I used a credit card, he Sad it's written here on the receipt, I said to him u jst don't wanna help me because u didn't even check with me if it was a credit /debit, he wanted to see the card I used, checked it and realized that it is a debit card and he said to me, well I can't help you now because I'm gonna need authorization and my manager is not in store🤔. I was told to go refund at other malls and I was told that if I come after the 24th of Jan I won't be assisted, how is this my problem that I went to the store twice and I was told all the stories on earth and now being threatened that I won't be assisted if the date has passed . Sthembiso has the worst customer service, he was unwelcoming and unwilling to help and so arrogant to tell me that I won't be assisted after the return policy has passed because its company policy he is the one hindering the refund and forcing the exchange. SO RELAY JEANS I READ UR RETURN POLICY ON MY RECEIPT AND UR MALL OF TEMBISA TEAM TOLD ME SOMETHING ELSE, WHY CAN'T I GET MY REFUND 🤷, AND U RUN UR STORES WHILE MANAGER OR AN AUTHORIZER NOT IN STORE? I WONDER HOW UR CUSTOMERS ARE BEING ASSISTED THEN.
I called vodacom on Monday the 11th,i was assisted by A gentleman by the name of Samkelo from cancellation.,woow he gave me an outstanding customer service, he was patient and clear. He is most definitely a keeper and his level of communication is out of this world. What I loved the most is I called vodacom again today, the 13th, I was assisted by the other gentleman, I ddnt get his name but he was also amaaazing... Keep those guys. After a call, Samkelo called back to check if I understood everything he explained on the 11th and if there is anything he can assist me with. There is a little of those these days, Thank you Samkelo for ur sizzling services. Nhu
