Bad Service
DELTA does not respect their clients, bad experience, we waited for a bus that was late for four hours the bus was scheduled for departure on 16h10 Friday 11/04/25 bus only departed 19h45, with no communication, the staff was rude and unorganized. When the bus actually arrive the bus kept dying along the way. I was suppose to arrive in Pretoria sutarday 09h45am but arrived in Pretoria sutarday 21h00 pm. DELTA must consider doing local not long travel, their services are useless including the buses and staff. Very unprofessional.

CPI Performance Innovation VREDENBURG
I sent my car(Audi A4 B8 2.0 TDI 2014 SE) which overheated for a change of cylinder head and 1 injector fix on CPI in vredenburg March 2024 got it back on May 2024, my car came back with problems, struggling to start when the engine is warm of which led to my audi A4 starter burning out and failure of the engine to start or operate July 16 2024,i tried to speak with Lawton but he told me it's electrical faults it's no their fault, I replaced the starter still the engine would not start. On May 2024 when I picked up my car the engine cover holder and their mounts were not fitted on the car, I enquired on Lawton he said he will call me when they get them since may until now they still have not find where they putted my engine cover holders and their mounts. Even ignoring me when Enquiring about them.

SFC FULFILLMENT
I ordered a fuel pressure regulator valve on Darupsun for my audi a4 2.0 tdi 2014 SE, SFC fulfillment is the tracking company which was used by darupsun to deliver my parcel, My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 29 of November 2024 till today the 4th of December 2024 I have not received my parcel. Bad service, not even responding on my emails.
