Referring to N1 City Branch. Placed my order around 6pm and got my food just before 8pm. No sorry. No nothing. Staff don’t bother to acknowledge you when asking for help. Never ever going back. Mind you, this has been the experience every single time I’ve been there. But today was my Last.
WORST DAMN SERVICE. Don't fall for the good reviews, it's probably even bought. I've never had one good experience with them. I've been on a call with them for over 15 mins just to get a Auth number to see a doctor... FOR AN EMERGENCY. Then, they hung up.. I've still not received an Auth number. She does call back however and blind transfers me to another agent only to put me through the same ****ty experience again. Even the nurse at the practice spoke to her. And it's EMBARRASSING infront of the other patients to say the least. THEN , she calls the nurse back, only to come to the conclusion I need to get an Auth number a day before the time... HOW? When it's unplanned to get sick? Really pathetic.
EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. I have been with Webafrica for quite some time now. This is the second time around they have increased their cost for a service that is not even good at all. Their terms and conditions does not state that for EVERY cancellation, a R999 will need to be paid, but they make an example using Vumatel. You then speak to customer service and they are unable to tell you where you can find your terms and conditions, and I have been told it is not accessible in any way after signing up. Which in my opinion I should always have access. They KNOW with what Third party you sign up so they should be able to communicate upon signup whether that R999 will be applicable to you. I am NOT impressed at all.
