I upgraded my package and Netflix decided to change my billing date, now they keep on debiting my account until there's funds in, and the amount of unpaid debit order fees is crazy and leaving me liable for the fees. I contacted their customer service and they told me I have to cancel the subscription and open another account. Like ***# Who told Netflix to change my billing date in tje first freaking place, they making it my problem and not bothered to assist in any sense. Useless and definitely not recommended!
The Medi-Spine Crafton bed is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Not even a year old and it’s already collapsing — dented, noisy, and destroying our sleep. The so-called “durability” and “lifespan” are absolute trash. This bed is a disgrace! When I complained, the company brushed me off, claiming the bed was “unhygienic” because of a coffee stain. What nonsense! A stain has nothing to do with the fact that their product is falling apart. Instead of insulting customers, they should own up to selling *******. From the reviews I’ve seen, this seems to be their norm — cheap quality, zero accountability. I demand a replacement or refund immediately, or I’ll escalate to consumer protection and get my lawyer involved. This brand is a rip-off. Terrible product, pathetic service. Be warned!
I sent a package yesterday using Uber Courier, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The driver arrived at the wrong address, and I struggled to get hold of him because the number listed in the app did not work. The recipient waited over 30 minutes, but the driver never showed up. To make matters worse, I received threatening messages from the driver, accusing me of “playing games” and saying he couldn’t wait any longer, despite me providing the recipient’s number. He refused to call the recipient and was extremely rude. On top of that, there was a clear communication problem, yet he drove away without delivering the package. The next day, he dropped the package back with me as if nothing had happened. Meanwhile, Uber’s support team was completely unhelpful. I reached out multiple times, but no assistance was provided. Despite the failed delivery, I was still charged for the service. This was absolutely unacceptable—disrespectful, unprofessional, and poor service from both the driver and Uber. I am now left requesting a refund with no response from their support team. I do not recommend using Uber Courier at all!
I am extremely frustrated with Mweb’s billing practices. I signed up for the MTN promo in November, which clearly stated I would be charged R389 per month. However, to date, I have NEVER been charged this amount. Instead, my account has been debited R419 every month, and when the payment doesn’t go through, I’m charged R459! I have an official confirmation email stating that I am on the promo, yet my billing remains incorrect. I have only been leaving R389 in my account, as per the agreed promo price. I have been on the phone and sending emails to them every month, but they are of no help. Their customer service is the worst(a bunch of idiots)—there’s literally no service!
This is a ****! Adam Covington is posing as a realtor for 'All One Realtors' contact: 0611254683 email: adamcovington2020@gmail.com. He posts apartment listings on Facebook and requests an 'Admin fee' of R1000 when 'processing applications'. I caught him out and he still had a cheeck to tell me I should pay a cancellation fee when I told him that I will not move forward with the application if I can't do a viewing first. Be warned people
On December 20th, I made a purchase using Happy Pay, under the impression that my repayments would be deducted over the course of two months. However, I was surprised to discover that the first repayment was to be deducted five days later, on December 25th—an issue that was not communicated to me upfront. Nowhere in the process was I given the option to adjust the repayment date to suit my pay cycle, which would have been more feasible for me in January. I called your customer service team on December 24th to explain this issue, but the representative I spoke to was unhelpful and claimed there was nothing she could do. She stated that I had chosen the repayment date of December 25th, which is completely inaccurate. I received no assistance or resolution during this interaction. To make matters worse, I have now been charged late fees of R100, which have accumulated to R400. This is entirely unacceptable, especially given that the situation arose from your system's lack of flexibility and transparency in choosing repayment dates. I refuse to pay these unjust fees and expect them to be reversed. Once my second installment is paid, I will be deleting my account with Happy Pay and moving to more trusted and customer-friendly service providers like PayJustNow and Payflex. When something is too good to be true, it generally is. I'll gladly pay a deposit with PayJustNow and Payflex, as they are trusted, which Happy Pay obviously is not!
I would NOT recommend living or even applying at DCI Goodwood station project. Right after you sign your lease agreement they literally forget you exist! I haven't even been living there for 5 months and I regret moving here in the first place. There's no parking, no braai facilities, barely washing lines and the extra fees and charges makes me wonder if this is actually 'social housing'. I have had so much concerns and complaints, and not one of the DCI staff members has the decency to even attend/respond to you. Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!
If I could rate -0 I would. The customer service suck! They cancel your contract without reasons. They don't bother keeping you up to date with anything, you have to phone and send emails around to get assistance, even then they don't provide any. No one ever responds with reason. I would definitely not recommend their services!
I had an order with Shein that I cancelled, the items wasn't delivered yet when I cancelled the order. They used Buffalo as couriers, which is the worst logistics company ever! When i check my return tracking number it shows 'pick up task delayed' even though I called them several times to advise that the package was never delivered. All they ever tell you is that your call will be escalated, which obviously doesn't lead to anything as I have never been contacted by them ever! When I requested a return with Shein I was told that this won't be long as I haven't received the items yet, its been two weeks since with no light at the end of the tunnel! I called them, emailed, whatsapp, facebook, live chat, everything! But still no help!
