Initiated a contract transfer with MTN Mall @ Reds Centurion on 06/12/2025 and till date (10/02/2026) it has not been completed despite having completed relevant documentation and signing the transfer. The consultant and manager are *********** and had to make numerous drives there which proved fruitless. Process was supposed to take a week max. On all occasions no fruitful assistance was offered as either the manager is off or the consultant is.
I bought a vehicle under the condition that it had only scratches and dents to address. The delearship was supposed to address everything before delivery and make sure that the car is up to par. They postponed the delivery by 1-2 weeks so such things can be fixed however it was poorly done. Already on the day of delivery somethings were not met but because I trusted that Toyota is a reputable brand, they’ll do right by me. Things like the full service history was not supp**** as promised and still outstanding till date. Vehicle was not did not got to valet as agreed and was still dirty even after an attempted wash on date of delivery. Seat covers were scattered across the back unwashed as agreed even when I was told they are being washed. Broken glasses were left inside the loading bin and cabin and the rear glass hastily fitted without making proper connections. Lack of oversight. Radio was not working on date of delivery. Permit of the car was invalid. Stopped twice my traffic officers. Bin was not properly secured and fitted. I was told later after constant hassles to get my car back that the bin in skew. I had to be the one to pick up even the most noticeable issues. This is basic negligence and lack of oversight. Kilometres of the car was misrepresented on the adverti*****t and on paper (OTP). In essence, Toyota failed to meet the standards delivery conditions. The basic consideration of even removing the tape after fitting the glass is such a disappointment. Instead they decide to conceal it with the canopy. The manager Ricardo told me that this is what I paid for which is an insult. Being told that I was supposed to receive the car the way it was and the subsequent issues I picked up was right because of the price I paid is so disappointing. Toyota had the right to refuse my offer, it was as simple as that. The fact that I was even able to recommend the Delearship to my mother is just a huge disappointment. To top it all off , an arrogant manager Ricardo who lacks the ability to address customers and take accountability. Then there’s the problematic courtesy. That I’m told I should be “greatful for” for lack of better words. Had to jumpstart it daily or use public transportation.
Nonsense of a company. Ordered Fibre Late February 2025 and paid the processing fee. They failed to deliver till today. I went to another service provider. I still haven’t received my R250 processed fee till today. Their app is useless. I requested my refund there and I was told cancellations are done over the phone and that someone will contact me but no one has done so. Can I please have my money back.
A colleague of mine who is a Pineapple Insurance client reversed into my stationary vehicle on 28/02/2024 on the work premises. We immediately did an accident report and initiated the claim process. It’s now 27/06/2024 and my vehicle is still not repaired as I have not received the required settlement amount. Though I received a settlement offer to repair the vehicle on 14/06/2024, it’s not even half of the amount quoted by BMW. They didn’t even physically assess the car for damages yet they question the integrity of BMWs quote. I requested that they pay whomever is registered that they feel they will repair my car for less and I’ll take my car there, they refuse to do so. They simply under assess the damages and give lowball offers thinking that I am after money whereas I’ve been insured for many years. However, I will escalate this matter as I’m tired of run arounds and being patient. Quest continuously seeks to remove my reviews without resolving my matter. If you want to insure that you won’t get into trouble with 3rd party claimants like me, don’t for these middlemen insurance providers. To insurance companies, don’t associate with quest to retain your reputation.
I’ll forever be grateful to budget for being a reliable insurer and for always coming through in my times of need without a hassle. I was recently involved in an accident and my car was repaired within 15 working days of the accident and the third party claimant promptly settled.

It’s now 18/06/2024 and my vehicle is still not repaired as I have not received the required settlement amount. Though I received a settlement offer to repair the vehicle on 14/06/2024, it’s not even half of the amount quoted my BMW. They didn’t even physically assess the car for damages yet they question the integrity of BMWs quote. I requested that they pay whomever is registered that they feel they will repair my car for less and I’ll take my car there, they refuse to do so. They simply under assess the damages and give lowball offers thinking that I am after money whereas I’ve been insured for many years. However, I will escalate this matter as I’m tired of run arounds and being patient. My car must be restored to the same condition it was. If you want to insure that you won’t get into trouble with 3rd party claimants like me, don’t go for these middlemen insurance providers that won’t ensure your peace of mind.

If you want a peace of mind, do not purchase from this dealership. I purchased a BMW 1 series with them and it has been a nightmare ever since. The drivetrain frequently comes on. When I purchased the vehicle, it broke down 2 days after I collected it only to find out that it was never serviced like they promised. The car also never went for roadworthy, I had to personally take it to dekra myself in order to get a license disk though I paid for such things. I took out their vehicle cover policy and yet to date they are still failing to repair the debts and scratches. They were also evasive about the service history though they initially claimed that it had a full service with BMW only to find out it was a lie, it only had partial. The rest of the service history was falsified and they didn’t even do a good job at that. The manager keep changing as well as the staff. I’m just going to the ombudsman for this.
