Telkom has been debiting me amounts that I did not authorize whenever they want to even if its not on my salary date. They attempted to debit R31000 and then R26000. They have never called me to receive my permission for this debit order. When I called them the agents say they have escalated the issue, there's never any feedback. Their management refuses to take calls, return calls or respond to any emails. All agents are robotic with their response, they are told to say that management is in a meeting. I called several times for 4 days in a row and every time I called "management was in a meeting." This is absolutely unprofessional. They are clearly working without. supervision, hence the reason the agents are so rude and ******** and they don't have any form of process. They are *****s.
Platinum auto repair center at 59 Columbine Road, Glen Anil which is owned by Trevor Pillay has given me the worst experience as a customer. I will never advise anyone to ever trust these *****s and ****s. The owner is always on holiday, as the staff say. They have no morals and principles as a business. For the past 3 years my vehicle has been in and out of their so called workshop with no work ever being done. Clive, who is the person to contact on their adverti*****ts via social media never answers his phone, he is a **** and a ***** together with his accomplist Rikesh. They have kept my vehicle for 3 to 4 months, making excuses that they are awaiting parts, or getting someone to assist with repairs or trying to 'make a plan" for me while their boss is away or telling me that they are unwell or their spouse is with them. Is this how a business should operate? They removed the vehicle without my permission and parked it off at a church, they ignore all methods of communication. This business, in my opinion is a **** and they just want to lie and commit *****. I have been calling and messaging Clive and Rikesh for months now, I don't know where my vehicle is , I haven't seen my vehicle to know the condition of my vehicle. Extremely disappointing and the owner doesn't care as well. So if you never want to see your vehicle again and be **** to and taken for a stupid this is the place to send your vehicle. If you Want a job done don't ever trust these guys they will rob you, lie to you and add tons on stress to your life.
This is the worst spa experience I have ever had. The spa has an incorrect adress, it still says merridan drive, urban park in Umhlanga but is at the Protea Hotel in Umhlanga. Firstly my appointment, I was not informed on what the package consists of via text, whatsapp or email, the lady simply rushed through the package which, but I was not concerned about her rushing because I assumed that I would get confirmation via email or whatsapp because she did ask for my information. When I arrived the massage the****** was also not sure about what the package consists of, they were tired and did not have enough energy to massage us, the full body massage was the worst I have ever had, they advised us to get ready for a back scrub but showed up with products to perform a brightening facial and advised us that the lady at reception advised them at that moment that they should do a facial treatment, not a back scrub. The room was extremely small, the massage the****** could barely move around. This was a couples massage but they gave us one gown in the room, I had to put on my gown, go to reception and ask for another gown for my partner, the lady ran from room to room to search for another gown and brought the smallest gown for my husband, a grown man, I eventually gave up on the gown and we both got dressed in our normal clothing. We waited for the massage the****** to return while our face masks were on, I needed to use the loo, only to find out that there is no loo at the spa, I was advised to walk across the complex with a face mask to use the loo at another premises. Finally I arrived back at the spa, still with my face mask on, the massage the****** returned to our treatment and continued to remove the face mask. It was now time for a foot soak and foot massage, in the tiny room, the massage the******s brought in unstable, wire chairs without any cushion or comfort and foot soak bowls with rust. They began to move the massage bed around to make place to accommodate the chairs and foot soak bowl. Finally they got us seated and began the foot treatment, once again the massage the******s had no energy to massage, I kept reminding her to add on more pressure but I eventually gave up and accepted. As I was elevating myself from the unstable chair, I fell, I bumped the foot soak bowl and could not wake up because of the soapy water on the tiles which made the entire floor absolutely slippery, I ended up with more pain, an injured left foot that is preventing me from walking properly and blue marks after my fall. The the****** was handing my cellphone to me just before the fall but tried to help me and save me from falling, she almost dropping my cellphone into the foot soak bowl, luckily the other massage the****** grabbed the cellphone. This was a waste on money. The receptionist is of no help, just seems happy for no reason. This was the worst spa experience, I don't advise anyone to waste their money on this spa. I ended up injured, instead of massage and relaxed. This was more like the the****** app**** moisturizer to our bodies, it was not a massage!!!! Their website is also down, very convenient...I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received. And when I advised the ladies at reception about my fall and bad experience they did not pay any attention, just proceeded to continue with payment. At the beginning of our treatment we were not even given a form to advise them of our health conditions or preferences. There was no paper work. Absolutely unprofessional!!!

Telkom has been deducting amounts from my bank account without my authorization. There's no debi check sms sent for deduction amounts and they deduct in any date without consent. I was given the most disgusting service when I called to query. Also I had disputed my debit order because they deducted 3 times the amount that I had approved via debi check, thereafter 10days later they decide to deduct double that amount that I disputed. The reason I disputed was to query why my bill was so high and how could they deduct such a large amount without my consent. Is this even allowed? I would never advise anyone to take a contract with Telkom. Their customer service agent says that they will continue to debit without my consent...any amount...anytime. I would like to know how this is allowed after 10 days i disputed to query? They lack basic communication. There's been no communication to inform about any debit dates or amounts.
I have been trying to verify my income on the keycare plan since the 11 December. I have made more than 10 calls to discovery to assist me. Finally on Saturday the 23 December I received assistance, the consultant sent me a medical aid certificate which serves as proof on the my medical aid contributions based on my income. Today I received a message that states a much much higher amount than my conversation and correspondence on Saturday. I tried calling for 2 hours and no response. I tried till the last second of their operating hours. I needed to ensure I speak to someone asap cos the deduction will be going off on the 02 January. Can a consultant assist me. Being put on hold for more than 2 hours isn't the way a contact center should operate
