I am extremely dissatisfied with AIG’s handling of our third-party claim (Ref: 4330115963ZA). We submitted banking details for payment on 16 December, yet no payment has been made. The claims handler MR MASHAPA went on leave without authorising payment or arranging a handover, causing unnecessary stress and delaying vehicle repairs. This level of service is unacceptable. imagine dealing with a claim since 9 November untill now 2026. Mr Mashapa's lack of communication is extremely unprofessional

Their VAP service is bad bad, it's been exactly 30 days since I have logged a claim for my scratches yet I have not received feedback. Claim #11. The Assessor is not even communicating with me instead I am the one who must call the call center and ask for feedback and they say the. Assessor will call me. Even now I am still awaiting.
Not really happy with their VAP services, I changed my debit order date to the 30th of every month in June and they attempted to deduct the money on the 24th only for it bounce back. On the 30th I made payments using the link they sent to me and my policy is up to date. On claim #9 they said they are going to cancel my policy in Aug for policy reflext missed payments. My policy was canceled regardless of me paying them via link on the 30th. Now they have rejected claim #11 they say it's "Outstanding fees" yet I have paid them in full since June via the link they sent to me. T make matters Worse Hailey from the dispute department is not replying to my emails anymore
I took my car for service on the 15th December 2023 and everything went well.. However the lady (can't remember her name) VW Parow Voortrekker Road told me because it's a public holiday she will send me my documents and invoice via email on Monday.. Untill today I am still waiting for the email even Rowena 079 800 7861 is no longer replying to my WhatsApp. I feel ****** because I was not given anything that shows me exactly how much did each item on the in service cost and excatly what was done onto my car.
