My Openserve connection is intermittent. I tried to report the problem to Mweb via all their communication options including phone (waited in a queue for over 1.5 hours but agent just made me switch my fiber modem and router off and back on which did not solve the problem), Chat (absolutely useless) and email (no response). All I want is for Mweb to escalate the problem to Openserve, how difficult can it be?
I strongly advise anyone considering using this company against it. I took my car to them to check my car's faulty AC system. Over the years I've gotten into the habit of standing by but not interfering while my cars are attended to. All fitment centers such as this one allow owner standby as long as one doesn't interfere. This place doesn't allow one to stand by. Before they even started working on my car I was told to leave the floor. I than took my car and left them. I should have taken note of all the bad reviews of this business before even considering them.
This company situated in Centurion, South Africa specialises in the service and maintenance of Land Rover brands. However they also cater for other brands. As a Land Rover owner my experience with this company's service is excellent. Their attention to detail is remarkable and unique in the industry. I highly recommend CTS automotive Company to anyone who requires a top notch vehicle maintenance service at a reasonable price.
During September 2017 I entered into a contract agreement with the Touchdown Group for a 2 week share block ownership at the Dunkeld Equestrian Estate in Dullstroom. The latter agreement entailed payment a once of capital amount of R198k and a monthly levy in return for the upkeep and maintenance of the unit. With each visit we found more evidence of poor maintenance. We reported the list of problems to no avail. I decided to get rid of this so-called investment. I decided to forfeit the R198k capital amount that I initially paid for the unit and offered the unit to an alternate interested buyer who must merely take over payment of levies. I found a keen buyer and submitted all the necessary documentation to Touchdown to process the transfer of ownership. We’re now in the 3rd week since submitting the documentation without any action or notification from them. Based on our past experience with this company, their lack of inaction is nothing new but frustrating nonetheless. Each time we try to get in touch with them via mobile phone, we are treated terribly. Please be warned in your dealings with this company, they have no respect for clients whatsoever. Their staff are prohibited from divulging the contact information of the people in charge namely Eben Odendaal (Touchdown CEO) and Allysius Oberholzer ***ner of Dunkeld). I regard their attitude as ***ardly.
I invested a large sum of money with a shady binary brokerage firm called Lyon Assets UK since February 2023. This company is licensed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) - refer license number ACN 626 758 567, email online.exceptions@asic.gov.au. My total deposits with Lyon Assets amounts to approximately €15000 of which I was only allowed to withdraw €50 in total. Lyon Assets refuses point blankly to honour any further withdrawal requests. An amount of €6000 was ******** out of me via a so-called mirror transaction using my Binance account. Lyon Assets UK is a renowned binary brokerage firm which has ******** many South Africans including me out of their hard earned money. I submitted a formal complaint to ASIC regarding Lyon Assets' misdemeanours. ASICs' response was friendly not helpful at all. ASIC clearly do not fulfill their role as watchdog over the shady companies licensed with them. Lyon Assets UK uses their ASIC licensing status as a marketing ploy to canvas new clients but beware, their ASIC license is worthless.
I placed a one star rated review of Lyon Assets UK on hellopeter on 26 April 2023 due to their atrocious service. A broker from Lyon Assets named Mike Baber contacted me on 9 May 2023 requesting me to withdraw my Hellopeter review in exchange for a full refund of my balance. I immediately withdrew my hellopeter review but made it very clear to the broker that I will reinstate my one star hellopeter review if they do not refund me by Friday, 12 May 2023. The latter deadline has lapsed and as expected, Lyon Assets UK once again failed to live up to their promise. Although the broker, Mike Baber contacted me on Friday, 12 May 2023, he insisted that the only way to expect a refund is through a mirror transaction in my Binance account. I’ve already lost ZAR120,000.00 through a previous mirror transaction with this company. I don’t intend to fall into the same trap twice. Hence an approximate repeat of my previous one star hellopeter review below: Lyon Assets Pty Ltd UK are ****mers especially towards South Africans. Unfortunately I invested relatively large amounts of ZAR with them. At one stage I was allowed to withdraw 50 Euro in total of my current balance of €18000.00 Euro. My total out of pocket deposits amounts to around €15000.00. They simply refuse any further withdrawal requests. I requested them to close my account and pay my balance but no response whatsoever. I recently lodged a complaint with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) with whom they are licensed. I'm really hoping that ASIC will expose them for their ****ming and *****ulent practices. I intend to use any and all means at my disposal to bring this company to justice. I definitely do not recommend shopping with 4Home.co.za. I purchased one item consisting of 2 bottles of cleaning liquid for my Philips electric shaver. Because 4Home.co.za restricted me to order just a single 2-bottle quantity, I ordered more from Takealot where I was able to order as many as I required. The Takealot order took only 2 days to arrive at my home via The Courier Guy. The Takealot product was packaged in the OEM packaging. My single order from 4Home took more than two weeks to deliver after numerous telephonic prompts and threats. Furthermore, the two bottles of liquid from 4Home was not even packaged in the OEM packaging, but merely taped together with cellotape. Their service is atrocious.
On 25 September 2017 I entered into a shared ownership contract with Touchdown for two separate weeks at their Dunkeld Equestrian Estate in Dullstroom at the cost of R198k. My experience with touchdown has been most unpleasant. There is no coordination whatsoever in terms of Touchdown's accounting management. I regularly receive notification that my levy payments are in arrears notwithstanding my diligent efforts to keep up with payments. I've tried to sell my property back to Touchdown but their offer is way less than the R198k I paid. Based on my unpleasant experiences with Touchdown I strongly recommend anyone planning to invest in touchdown property not to do so.
