Apple enabled my account I can no longer download app they didn’t even ask me what was happening to my account, someone stole my phone and did whatever they did now I can’t download apps on my phone because my account is closed how am I supposed to put school apps? This is unacceptable they saying it is permanently closed I can’t accept the behaviour
They suspected my account they don’t want to open it they say I have violated the community rule even though I reported to them that I got hacked while looking for job I have written many emails still I don’t get help they say they won’t help me . I have experienced the worst with them .i can’t even apply for jobs because of this
my account was hacked someone changed password and now it's restricted i cant recover it,this experience is very bad when itry to put my number to proceed with the verification process it says i have reached the number of maximum attempts .this thing is stressing me out because i use linkedln to look and apply for jobs now i am stuck
I transferred money on the 22 of January from my TymeBank account to my Capitec account using normal payment because I wasn’t allowed by that time to use Immediate payment even today It never arrived on my account.I tried to contact TymeBank on Facebook but i never got help .I am really really sad about this matter i am starting to have doubts about this bank
I purchased data using the app as usual but the money went out but I did not receive my 1GB I tried to write a complaint to vodacom and they kept on saying I must wait till it’s afternoon while I wrote them message early on the morning now they asked me questions and they say what i answered does not match !! Their service is very bad
It’s been 17 days since my account was locked due to online stokvel I played I tried to contact Capitec many times and they failed to help me they said they are not going to be able to help me unlock my account because they suspect I was involved in *****. I have ran out of patience I have lost hope and I do not recommend Capitec to people anymore. I no longer have a bank account 💔my family members cannot even send me money because of Capitec . Capitec is bad !!
It’s been 11 days since I consulted Capitec bank they promised to open my account after 6 January and still they haven’t opened it I need to use my money for personal things now I can’t coz they have blocked it for no reasons Capitec is bad!! I no longer recommend it first they freeze your bank account without telling and when u contact them for help they ignore !!
Capitec bank blocked my account with my money I can’t do anything that money was from a stokvel now my family is hungry and I can’t do anything , why did they freeze my account without communicating with me I am the village and we don’t have a Capitec branch here where am I supposed to take money from and go to the branch when my last money is freezed I am not happy with Capitec’s service
