Terrible attitude from staff members, I was told today by one of their agents (Nomfundo Khumalo) that if I am unemployed and unable to make a payment on rent, I will have my 4 year old witness me getting thrown out on the street, despite me telling them I am making every plan I can to have payment done as I too am fighting a legal battle with the company I was working for to have my money released, is this how their employees speak to their agents?
The services are absolutely terrible, The staff is rude and the building is deteriorating at a fast pace due to no maintenance work, I've lived there for 2 years and my flat has never been maintained not once despite complaining to their office and building manager, you set payment dates with the office and you come home and your lights are switched off which they call credit control After numerous attempts at trying to reach management nobody can help or put you through. My windows aren't sealed and in winter its extremely cold I have a 3 year old daughter that has to endure this because the staff claim they can't do anything.
I recently had a trip and it was cut short by the driver who decided to put me out of the car because he was scared to go to my destination where I was going to pick up my kids, After putting me out in the middle of nowhere, I logged a query with Uber to notify them that my phone was in the car, I then got a confirmation from them to say that the driver has my phone and will take it to the nearest Greenlight Hub where I can go collect it, Its 5 days later and my phone still has not been dropped off & Uber is not assisting me in getting the driver to drop off my personal phone which he has!! To me it looks like Uber is condoning theft & wrong doing with their drivers & covering up when they do something wrong.
