Old mutual is a ****ty company someone logged into my profile changed my details opened a policy i did even need and this is not the 1st time it happens to me. Old mutual mess up our finances for a quick buck and we are left with the struggle of cancelations and refunds. They claim that its coming from my employer but its not possible because even my email address and cellphone number was changed. I was given a stupid reference number 910402400 and still nothing
My parcel has been sitting at pargo hub from the 6 October 2025, i have sent countless emails to check what could be the problem no answer no communication at all PNJ63268976-1. Ten full days waiting for this parcel. Pargo service sucks and they don't care at all.
I have not received my parcel that i ordered on the 2nd October 2025 (30010277819) the parcel indicate that it has been sitting at Pargo hub from the 6th October 2025 until today the 16th. Pargo tracking number PNJ63268976-1. I have been sending countless emails to no response from both companies. Edgars doesn't care about their online purchase at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM EDGARS
Rain debit my account despite me not having any contract with them. I have never had any contract with Rain yet they debit my account. I once helped my colleague apply for wifi from them that's the only contact i ever had with Rain and that was months ago today they decide to debit my account for what i don't know.
I placed an order on the 5the July 2025 only to be called 14days later that the dress is sold out and i should choose somethingelse and i didn't like anything so decided to cancel the order since then they refused to cancel and refund me I'm being send from pillar to post... everytime im told the manager will get back to me. Im very disappointed by their poor service. I want my money back i didn't receive anything from Lufid

This company is nonsense, they really dont care about thier customers. I reported that i had no service since thursday morning and i was told technicians are busy attending to a cable fault but the is no update of anything. They dont care we are loosing business. I would never recommend this company to anyone... i cannot wait for my contract to end. Amos Molusi keeps lying to us
I am absolutely appauled by the bad service evotel gives to thier customers i called and reported a fault to this day im still without internet no uptade no nothing and worse when i call im told a technician has been dispatched. When my contract expires dont expect a renewal. Please note I am loosing business while waiting for your response
