Unauthorized charge to my account
As a Standard Bank Prestige account holder that’s already paying a fixed monthly fee, I am suddenly being charged a new fee called “Fee: Mu primary sms', of R16 for April 2024. No warning, no notification, just a sneaky charge to my account. I am extremely unhappy about this!
