My home got hurt falling from the chair at home and her age I have to consider the distance for assistance. We arrive at the hospital just for 18:00 in trauma and as things go the shift changes and we wait for this to happen. Time goes by and I start asking questions because my mom hasn't been seen to. Eventually when the doctor gets to examine her the time was just after 10 pm and wants us at that time to go for an x ray on her knee. All I can say is if you don't like the job then find another hospital because we don't deserve such bad service and compared to the day staff there is a big difference in attitude and service....won't ever go there again.....

Good Morning, I purchased a Hisense 222l fridge at the store in N1 Parow Western Cape on the 28th December 2023 in cash. As I was on holiday I requested for the product to be delivered on the 30th. Upon inspection when the fridge was installed or plugged in the bottom freezer door did not close. I immediately called the sales agent Aneliswa and she gave me a story about a complaints lady who is not at work and will get back to me. I had several calls to her but not progress to solve the issue..I called the manger and he responded to say I have done my part let us do ours. Called the 4th only to find out the manager is on leave and dealt with another person who stood in for him. She promised that she will look into it and get back to me. To this date none of the staff as ever responded to me. The 5th I called Hisense to find out if a call was logged on my behalf and nothing was ever logged from the store. This is verrrry poor customer service and as a client I'm not happy. I will continue to bring this to whoever's attention until the matter is solved. 😞
