This info serves to follow up on the progress of debt review removal from Debt solution Co as they committed to do it within 21 days.
I received a call from Debt solution company claiming that they want to assist me with debt. I refused and not knowing that having conversation with them they are busy sending letters to my creditors for debt review application. As i speak now they have messed up everything i am listed as indebted with all my creditors. Now they want me to pay R6000 for legal fees to be removed from debt review
I was called by the guy called Dumani from Debt solution company without some few seconds my accounts was handed over to Debt review. I never agreed or app**** any debt review from them as my accounts was well managed by myself. They listed me *****ulently so and now they demand R6000 from me, when I ask them the recordings they told me that they don't have those recordings because they know that I did not agree to their tricky ****. Guys please stay away from debt solution as they are busy ****ming people and I have lodged a complaint with NCR and nothing is happening. There is a rude lady at DEBT solution company by the Name of Nikita please guys don't ever confirm your ID number to those ****mers you will regret.
Not happy. Their communication platform is very poor. i only knew about the coner yesterday when they sent a letter of expiry period of the contract
I have written a review complaining about failure to disclose what they cover and not. They told me that they are going to review my policy and listen to the recordings, as they have mentioned that their turn around time to listen to the recordings is 2 to 3 working days. I have waited until I received a mail from Palesa Kgantsi telling me that they are still with the investigations and it will take 15 working days. I am surprised and asking myself that why does it take so long to resolve issues like to listen to the recordings and review the policy while I am sitting with the frustration that you have caused unnecessary. I regard budget insurance as a ****.
I was having car insurance with them, and when I took the insurance, I asked them that comprehensive insurance covers every. Now, the car was involved in an accident, and they are telling me that I did not cover the shortfall. I feel that they were not honest with me because when I asked them that comprehensive covers everything, they should have said no and advised me about the shortfall. Now the car is written off and I have to pay something I don't have. They only settled the retail value of the car.

I have signed a contract for WIFI rooter in September 2021, all was going well due to promotion I was paying R199 and in the following year they increased to R209 without any communication and it was not a problem to me as I was satisfied with their services. In the beginning of 2023 it was increased to R375 and I continued to pay it without any complaint, and that was the beginning of my problems. In July 2023 that's where I realized that Telkom has a poor communication skill because my rooter was on without internet. I called them and I was not assisted they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes. Secondly I called and the lady who answered my call was rude to me and failed to assist me as when I explained my problem she said there is nothing they can do with my problem and I was supposed to upgrade as they are no longer maintaining those devices. My question was clear to her that who was supposed to inform me about the upgrading of new products? Where you not supposed to call you customers and inform them about your new developments? Then she didn't bother to listen to my frustration and state her point that there is nothing Telkom can do. In short I requested them to cancel the contract as they failed me and now I am paying the services they are not offering to me. They failed to do that and now I am receiving the summons from their lawyers for the services they failed to offer from July 2023 till now. My name is registered at credit berau as a bad payer while Telkom didn't treat me as a loyal customer. I hereby requesting them to settle that debt and clear my name with immediate effect.
