Ordered something for delivery which they charged me for, idk what company they use but no calls or anything, got a notification that my item was delivered called them repeatedly to say hello I haven't received the package and was told it was still within the waiting period then I got called by hifi corp at the local mall to say they have my package and now I'm getting resolved query SMS but the delivery never happened??? Do not online shop they're absolutely not going to deliver it and charge you for it
Our recent stay at the Kruger National Park Mopani accommodation was unfortunately disappointing due to the state of the facilities. While we fully understand that a national park setting does not typically offer luxury or upgraded amenities, a basic standard of cleanliness should be expected—especially given the expense of the accommodation. During our stay, we noted several hygiene concerns. The bathroom shower showed significant mould growth, which created an unpleasant and concerning environment. In the kitchen, we found ****roaches in the cupboards as well as inside the provided pots and pans. Additionally, the crockery appeared poorly cleaned; several plates still had solidified food residue on them. These issues detracted significantly from our overall experience. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any guest facility, regardless of its location or rustic nature. While we appreciate the unique environment of the park, we feel that better upkeep and hygiene standards should be prioritised to ensure visitors can fully enjoy their stay.
Every single day I get told I'm being called and scheduled tomorrow, load of *******. They installed a faulty line that I cannot even connect my TV without the WiFi cutting out and not discoverable again. Today is day 3 since the call was logged.
I have literally been struggling with WiFi drops and internet speed directly from the ONT less than 100mbps for which I pay for. The signal is honestly so horrible the WiFi keeps cutting out. The manager doesn't respond to their emails, they do not care. Speed tests result in speeds as low as 8mbps! All I've been doing for the last 2 weeks is refreshing my line with the same outcome. I even spent 12 hours on diagnostics but kept getting the response that everything is fine on TT connects side. Yet the speed is STILL an issue! This is how they treat their customers, them and TT connect. Absolutely worst and most frustrating service
Worst service delivery, poor attitude of their workers who came unprepared for a line installation. Then give the go ahead on the fiber activation only to have a speed output on a 100/100mbps like less than 50mbps with constant WiFi drops. No attempt to rectify the situation just states that from their end "the line is working" so it must be the router. Changed the router and had the same problem. Terrible and infuriating service
