We are experiencing a water leak from a reservoir across the road from us. We had this issue from 2018 and the reservoir had to be emptied and fixed. The leak started again early September this year 2025. We have been in contact with eThekwini municipality and had visits from 3 contractors and the ward 18 Councilor. But nothing has been done. We are busy with laying paving, and our contractor cannot continue with the paving while the water is still leaking.
I have complaint about CARTRACK before, and now they keep on calling me again. I made an arrangement with an agent from CARTRACK on whatsapp for downpayment of the amount they want from me.
I cancelled my contact with Cartrack, I am still getting messages that if I pay the outstanding amount, they will reactivate their services and they want to blacklist me. I am using a different service provider from 1st October 2024. I am not willing to pay the outstanding amount, as I told them over and over again that I want to cancel the contract. I did speak to one of their agents to cancel the cartrack and said he will forward cancelation documents, and I did not receive any documentation from Cartrack.
Hope you can assist me with the following matter. We have changed from Cartrack to Matrix October 2024. We informed Cartrack that we want to cancel, they were supposed to send us documents to complete in order for us to cancel or agreement with them. We never received it, they phoned us again and we told them what happened. Still we have not received any documentation to complete. We receive 4 - 5 calls a day as well as emails. Now they want to Blacklist me and pay attorney fees Please we need help to stop this!!! Kind regards. Barry Kleynhans
Some Lady from Key health phoned us and said she will hand our complaint to someone, and they will call us back. I dont know if we missed their call, but are they not supposed to call back if they cannot get hold of you?
Keyhealth provided us with wrong information regarding our ill conditions. My husband had an elbow operation which they booked under my name, his wife. Furthermore it was said that I had thrombosis and used medication I never used before. This is prove that their administration is not operating efficiently. We don’t know what to do anymore.
We been part of Keyhealth for more than 30 years. Sept COJ ended my services without me knowing as I was under the impression that my services was going to end Dec 2023. I did not get paid the end of Oct and my medical aid was cancelled without me knowing. From then I am batting to get medical aid cover. Every day there is new questions. I am over it.
