Poor Delivey
Supposedly had a parcel delivered, but it was just thrown over the gate with no consideration of the contents, no proof of delivery, so won't be using using this inconsiderate company again.

No customer consideration
This is about the Gillooleys branch. Excellent staff and restaurant but the business is taking members for granted. Poor quality golf ***** and mats which are in serious need of replacement but they do nothing about it. So we don't get the value we pay for.

Thought it would be better.
Not what we expected. Very noisy in the evenings. Pool facilities quite good but the food they serve in the pool area is terrible.

Communicate
It all starts off well, but once they have your money the service level drops off significantly and you have to keep chasing to get things done.

Pathetic
Worst service ever. 3 weeks and still not received my order, same automated response every time. Won't ever use their service again.
