I am disappointed I have called allumo three times as I wanted to upgrade my system each time I am promised a sales rep will contact me but no one has and its three weeks now . Allumo had always given me great service but it seems like they don't care if you want to upgrade your system
took an hour to bring our food and it arrived cold . laid a complaint with nandos its a week and no feeedback
I recently I complained about an advert that pedros falsely advertises I recieved a call from pedros saying that they were sorry about the advert and it was withdrawn and they offered to give me a free viva meal as compensation and the centurion lifestyle branch will contact me the ticket was closed. Up until now I received nothing pedros refuses to reply to my emails and the branch was not made aware of this.this is a disgusting tactic used by restaurants these days they ask you to remove the post which I will not .
We visited the pedros centurion lifestyle New fiesta meal which on the advert comes with two wings but when we received our order there were no wings so I went back and was told no the wings are part of the whole chicken ordered this is false adverti*****t and misleading either the branch is skimping on the wings or pedros is false advertising
My ******s rosebank the resturant falsely advertises a ramadaan buffet but you limited to one samosa and one slice of paratha per a person.We were given one lamb chop for a table of 11 adults and a choice of one piece of chicken Tikka per a person no chips and the food tasted terrible.They charged us the full price of R180 per person . Owners should be ashamed to call this a Muslim family resurant.
Nandos customer complaints are so useless they don't reply to any messages. Reds mall Nandos provides such a bad service that they had to switch off their reviews on google. Really goes to show how much they care about addressing their customers complaints.
when to nandos in reds mall centurion laid a complaint via nandos email but till today I have not received and reply either from nandos or the branch pathetic service
poor repair service had an issue with my sunsynk inverter now 5 weeks nothing was repaired no follow up. All my emails and calls are not answered. Stay away from this company.

I wanted to have a 2x 5kva solar system installed in my home. Started the process in February 2023 its now May 2023 and I have half a working system Which trips and beeps continuously. I was told by the salesmen that they would use my existing inverter and add an inverter and batteries and solar panels that was provided by Allumo(incorrect information which I later found out ). There were numerous faults that occurred after my system was installed. Earth leakage fault was detected because there was a loose DV board wire and a loose solar panel wire(apparently checked by the branch manager and afterhours team after I complained yet again). The fault was picked up only after I complained to the after hours team about the system tripping. Many people worked on the system and a fault was now found with my original inverter (which was fine and in working condition before Allumo worked on it).Stephan still waiting for your call after we discussed my issues )My original inverter was then removed and is now sent to sunsynk for assessment which will now take 5 weeks. The system was supposedly checked and was fine until I needed to load prepaid electricity. Then I was told that they had wired the prepaid meter incorrectly and the meter was then fixed temporally so I could load electricity and not sit in the dark. So my problems do not end there.IT was suggested to me to remove my original inverter and sell it privately because I was told by Stephan that if the inverter has a fault then allumo will not repair it. So I had to contact the salesman again Joshua to now add an inverter and I wanted some more solar panels . I explained to Joshua that I have this issue and he assured me that they will speed up the process so that I can have a proper system in working condition. Still waiting for the new contract now almost a month still don't have the contact to sign and I am now told that there is a waiting time for the installation which is now almost 2 months .I now have to sign a contract for another inverter and some more panels and a COC which I feel is unfair as the system was not properly installed in the first place. There is wires where the inverter was installed that are bare and I have a toddler running around the house not sure if they are live. I can provide you with pictures if required.
