Very poor service. Cashiers are not friendly. Orders are not called. Got wrong order and l had to go and stand at the till and wait more than 30 minutes to get the right order. Chicken n chips have oil dripping. The wholes staff is very slow and is always confused. Manager is useless Very bad unprofessional service.
I deposited cash in a Capitec atm and the machine cancelled my transaction and then it was out of service. I waited for the money to be returned back but it didnt. It was an atm without a branch. l called their 24hr hot line. I explained my situation and they told me they will do investigation and call me back in after 24 hours. They did not call me back. After l week l called them and they sent me from pillar to post without any help. They said they will me back again they never called. I called them again and they told me case has been closed because they couldnt trace the money. They told me since l am not sastisfied l must send email to the atm department. Sent email and till today they havent responded. They have not sent a message or email to inform me of their feedback. I am very dissapointed because l lost my money and no apology and no refund was sent because of their old machines that they havent upgraded thats why it chowed my money.
I bought a triple decker pizza at Tembisa Plaza and l only found out when l got home that they gave me the wrong single pizza when l went back to complain they told me l must have a slip for them to give me the pizza l ordered and they do remember they made a mistake of swapping the pizza. All Debonais pizzas take your slip when taking the pizza so how can l have a slip when they took it? There was no apology for the mistake they made. When l was there the cashier stood at the dustbin busy on her phone and ignored us until we called her to serve us. The outside vendors sell their things inside the shop. It looks very unprofessional. The service is very bad. The manager or supervisor doesnt care about his employees giving customers good service. I am very dissapointed in the overall service of Debonairs Pizza Tembisa Plaza
I bought a wifi router online via MTN for R295 unlimited data. The router has no connection. I went to return it at the MTN Festival Mall store they told me their printer is not working. I went to East Rand Mall MTN store they told me l cant return it because l have to call MTN call centre to log in return but the sales lady who sold me the router told me l can return it at any MTN store without any hussles. I sent email to MTN they responded telling l must remove sim and put it back on. I did that but still there is no signal. Their call centre employees dont check if the area has network coverage. Its all about sales to them not quality service.Very bad service from MTN l have been sent from pillar to post with no solutions.
Bought decoder and was sold to me by false information. Returned the decoder and cancelled contract after months of trying to resolve the matter. Finally contract was cancelled but on my credit score it shows l owe them. How can l owe for a service l didnt get and l cancelled everything on time as per their conditions. Called them and they agree l dont owe them but why not remove my name on ITC? Please clear my name on ITC as per Experian advised.
Dont buy decoder from them. Consultant sold me lies and l returned the decoder. They collected it in February but till today they are still debiting my account. Everytime l call they tell me they have a back log on their warehouse therefore they cant send message that decoder is cancelled. Why should l continue to pay for decoder l dont have?
Dont buy they are ****mers. I bought a sneaker on the 17th of December 2023 till now havent received. They confirmed payment n said will send within 3 days but have not got it. They dont respond to whatsapp or calls.
