I placed my order through UbereEats at Nandos, the order was never delivered to my address. The driver called Manasche in Sasolburg took my order to a location known to him. When I complain about this I'm told the driver waited 8 minutes for me and left my food at the door, they attached the picture and I don't even recognise the location on the picture. After sending my complaint I was told the order was cancelled because the driver struggled to get hold of me, this is nonsense because at first then order was left at the door but all of a sudden the order was cancelled. I have ordered through UbereEats using the same address before and my food was delivered without any problem. UbereEats is nonsense with it's *********** drivers who ***** from us. I'm going to delete this app
After I have made a review about Slater gym last week, this week I received a screen shot text of the Review that I've made from the manager who have been ignoring my calls🤔the manager then told me that his bosses called him and he is doing his investigation therefore he will get back to me. As I'm still waiting for feedback his colleague texted me today saying she spoke to the manager who promised to give me feedback therefore I should either pay or cancel the contract also bear in mind the 50% that I'll have to pay for cancelation 😳 so rude I tried calling the manager and guess what, not picking my calls again. Guys 1st of all they made a mess on my contract and I ended up paying before the date that was stipulated on the contract; I paid on the 19th of March 2025 instead of the paying on 30 March 2025. Guess what on the 1st of April they closed my membership saying I should pay and mind due the penalty fee is included. Slater officials misplaced the documents that they were supposed to send to their Head office for them to deduct from me on the date that I appears on the bank statement that i gave to them , So how am I accountable for that🤷 Slater gym officials must be taken to a proper trainings because really their administration is a pre -school administration and they are dealing also with adults. My experience with SLATER is traumatizing, hope their Head office will do something.
I signed a contract with Slater gym only to find out that I was made to take a lie contract. I tried seeking clarity and I was taken from back to forth over the phone until I decided to drive there because they were also dodging my calls. When i get there it was proven that the mistake was on the administration side of slater but still I was forced to pay before the date that was on the contract 🙄 Nevertheless I did pay though I couldn't understand because the contract binded me to pay on the 30th but the manager and other officials insisted that I must pay on the 15th. Fast forward the same month I paid I was still receiving messages of non payment and I would forward them to the manager and he will read without responding. Mind due the manager and his assistant were present when the payment was done. Going forward it happens that I lose the receipt that was given after payment and now I still receiving calls and messages that says I have never paid. I have experienced a very bad customer service at slater gym and I even stopped attending the gym because of the behavior I get and I must say it's very painful because now I am binded to pay a contract for two years yet only attend gym for 7 days.
I've placed my order without a hustle and it was delivered very quickly and my wife was happy to receive her present. Nice service indeed.
