I’m really not happy with the service that I’m getting from this hostel as I am still waiting for my refund. 7 to 14 days has passed and yet no payment received. I would never recommend anyone to book this place.

I would not recommend bolt to anyone
I would not recommend bolt SA. I am still waiting for my refund of R168 that was deducted on the 31st of December 2023 and no one is giving me a straight answer till today that money has not yet reflected

I would recommend bolt to anyone!!!!
I am not happy with how bolt is operating. On the 31st of December I requested a ride and R168 was taken from my account and the driver cancelled the trip. Till now I have not yet received my refund and was told about 14 working days which has passed already.
