Worse funeral policy one can have, if you don't have back up for money
It's very bad, I submitted my claim last week still didn't receive my funds. I had to borrow money for funeral service. Their Whatsapp chat doesn't even have option where you follow up for claim. It's worse

Standard bank Dragon branch

I visited Build it Sebokeng with my uncle on the 7th may 2025 the service we got from Nthabiseng who works with accounts it's outstanding. She excells with customer service. 10/10

KFC Thabong Excellent service.
The shift that was working on 09th May at night. I was happy with their service , it's the first time I received a good service from KFC keep it up.

Vuma , Hypa it's a **** you will never get the service you paid for.
In the whole of South Africa Vuma is the baddest of them all. I order a fibre on 16 November 2024 and paid on 18 November 2024 till today 10 December I haven't got my fiber, I called many times on their customer care the answer I got is contact your service provider Hypa when you call hypa it's either there's was a bug on the system no one removed it or we will lodge a ticket for you and gave me OVR -151124-01094122. Vuma it's a **** a big ****. When I want to cancel the disappointing service they said I will wait 14 working days to get my money back and I already wasted the same with calling the. ****!! ****!!

Miway are liers.
My tyre was damaged and I have a cover with Miway I called them I got assisted by Mr Patel and put a claim on 1st of August 2024 he said he will email me form so that he can process the claim , 2 weeks a called and he said he forgot. I was told claim is approved I must wait 14 working day for money to reflect on my account till today 10th December 2024 I'm still waiting for money to reflect lucky I had money to replace that tyre.

I was helped by Joshua with road side assistant he kept me calm and made me feel safe. He called me back to make sure I arrived at home safe. Im happy and impressed with her assistance ❤️.I wish we could get more assistance from people like Joshua he deserves a star ⭐.
