You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for, pay more to be able to cancel with more flexibility, etc. I think a lot of people misunderstand the value proposition, you can get the cheapest accommodation out there but you won't be able to cancel or move around. They're merely an intermediary that gets commission on bookings made to places through their platform.

Good but buyer protection fee needs to be rethought.
Really good system, my only issue is the buyer protection fees unnecessarily drive prices up way too high when buying things. I can negotiate R200 off an item originallly costing R1000 and with R50 shipping and their buyer protection fee, it'll still come to R970 for the order.

Sold accident-damaged car with no disclosure
Would give 0 if it was an option. Sold me a crash-damaged car with no disclosure. Vehicle had previously been written off by insurance and sold as s**** on auction.

********* warranty practice
I bought a case through Cellucity from Gammatek and it showed signficant wear & tear within a few weeks. They declined the warranty claim despite obvious signs of the case not holding up as per promise. R1000 later and I'm stuck with a worn down defective case in a month of ownership. Won't be supporting them again.

Just don't do it.
Bought my dream car 4 months ago from them, picked up some small things that they agreed to fix on the test drive - they fixed some stuff but when the costs got over a few grand they started pushing me to use my warranty on the car despite CPA covering me. At every opportunity they tried to shift blame onto me and argue with me. I even got told the CPA favours them at one point. I'm left with a very expensive car with problems that I must still sort out, despite it being agreed in writing that they would fix the issues. To anyone looking to buy a car from them, I truly recommend staying away.
