AGGRESSIVE AND HOSTILE CAR GUARDS
It is with a very heavy heart that I write this review. I am extremely disappointed in Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens. My best friend and I went there today to hike. The gardens are well looked after and it was clean. All our problems started when we tried to leave - we could not. Yes, you read that right. The car watch blocked my friend from leaving the premises and spoke to her in an utter disgusting tone. She asked him whether the parking was not free and he said yes but she had to pay him. He forced her to pay him R50 before she could leave. She was visibly shaken and was shocked by his hostility and aggression through her car window. That man can thank his stars that he interacted with a person who does not engage in conflict. Be warned, that man will meet his match with someone who is not as kind :)

S*C*A*M behaviour
Do not use! Not as a seller nor a buyer. My monitor got shattered during the courier process due to negligence. Neither Bob Shop of The Courier Guy are accepting responsibility and claim that it was "insufficiently packaged". If it was not packaged sufficiently, the glass panel of my pc case would have been broken as well. Now they are punishing the seller by saying that he has to refund me and they have locked his money. Rather support Takealot and their couriers. Don't try and save a penny with Bob Shop because they cost so much more in airtime and headaches.

DAMAGES ITEMS
I used to love The Courier Guy and I would suggest them to friends. After today - never again. Had the sender write "Do not put weight on" and "Glass inside" on top of the box. They placed weight on top of the box and shattered my monitor. Now they claim that it was not "sufficiently packaged" when all the other items arrived intact - even the glass panel of my pc case. I will be using paxi and postnet from now on as they know what it means to respect their customers and their property.
